Features
Convertible Dumbbells Set
Switch between dumbbells and barbell use with one compact home gym weights set. The included connecting rod makes setup quick, so you can change your workout style without buying separate equipment. It is a practical choice for users who want flexible strength training equipment that fits limited space and supports steady progress at home.
Solid Steel Grip Set
Solid steel handles help keep each lift steady and controlled during curls, presses, rows, and barbell moves. The textured grip adds confidence in sweaty home workouts, while the balanced feel supports better control for beginners and experienced lifters alike. It is a reliable setup for regular strength training at home.
Cast Iron Weight Plates
Cast iron plates give the set a durable, traditional feel for consistent training over time. The plated finish helps the weights look clean and stay ready for repeated use, while the adjustable design lets you build lighter or heavier combinations as your workout changes. This keeps your training simple, organized, and ready for full body exercise.
Carry Box Storage
The included carry box keeps the parts organized, protected, and easier to move from room to room. When space matters, the compact case helps reduce clutter and makes it simple to store the set after use. It is a smart fit for home gym users who need portable weights with cleaner storage.
Full Body Training
Use the set for arms, shoulders, back, core, legs, and general conditioning in one routine. The adjustable weight format supports a range of exercises, from light warmups to heavier lifts, so you can keep training fresh without changing equipment. It works well for men and women building a consistent home workout habit.
