Smart sensing opens the lid and seat as you approach and activates automatic flushing after use. An LED display shows current settings, and a soft night light improves visibility after dark. The tankless system uses 1.28 gallons per flush and requires at least 0.15 MPa water pressure. Installation requires a 12 inch rough in and 110V outlet. A side knob provides direct operation, while foot sensor flushing, a soft close lid, leakage protection and a battery compartment for outage flushing add practical convenience. Batteries are not included.
