How pleased was an 80 year old with this steak gift card. He has good teeth to chew a piece of steak.

You give them money, you get this card back which works as money. Then you give it to a friend requiring them to use this new form of currency at a specific business entity. Seems less than convenient but yet is very socially acceptable.
