Love in the Limelight - DVD

In an effort to boost the ratings of her home makeover TV show, host Hannah McElroy (Danica McKellar) returns to her hometown in New England to redesign a historic building. But when the architect assigned to work on the project turns out to be Hannah's ex-boyfriend, Jeff (Andrew W. Walker), it looks as though their relationship may be due for a little renovation as well. Alvina August, Jan Skene, Eric Pollins co-star in this Hallmark Channel charmer. 86 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.

Ally (Italia Ricci), a luxury hotel manager, is a final contestant on a reality dating show. Her winning smile fades when she learns their date will be a Hometown Date. And while she has feelings for the bachelor (Jack Turner), she finds herself reconnecting with her hometown boyfriend (Chad Michael Murray), who owns the inn that all of production is staying in. As the producers set about turning the town into an artificial, picture-perfect, Hollywood spot, Ally finds herself growing protective of her hometown. Ally must choose what life she wants, the made-for-tv InchperfectionInch, or what she's been missing out on - real love and time with family.

Wedding photographer Maggie Case (Laura Osnes) thought her fizzled fling with Nashville stardom was in the rear view mirror. She should have read the paperwork for her island destination gig... because it turns out that the brother of the bride is onetime performing/romantic partner Jake Colby (Scott Michael Foster). Is there a reunion tour in the offing-with the altar as the final stop? Tuneful Hallmark treasure also stars Andrea Brooks, Shannon Chan-Kent, Thomas Cadrot, Colleen Winton. 83 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack English.
