This mattress says it is firm. It is not firm.if you set on. The side of the bed get ready to slide down in the floor the side has no support at all! Bed is so soft it is hard to get into. Once you get in the bed you better hope you fall in a comfortable position cause it is nearly impossible to get up easy. I wish i had not bought this mattress and went with a firm pillow top mattress.if i could return this i would. This has just been my experience some may love the mattress i know its just not good for me or my back.

This mattress hasn’t fully expanded after 10 days. There was no support from best buy after asking for assistance or options.

Amazing. I spent $3,500 on a really nice bed and wasn't happy after a month. Added this memory foam mattress topper and wow. We're sleeping like the dead. I will get another one for the other bed

Awesome product it’s a queen and both of my kids and I fit there it’s not jumpy at all which I love
