Q: How are batteries placed in the Lucid hearing device. Does the plus side go up or down?
A: Thank you for reaching out! Please remove the adhesive label from the battery and wait thirty seconds for the air to activate the battery. Wipe any moisture off the battery surface. Open the battery door and with the positive side up, insert the battery into the battery door and close it.
Q: How do these get programmed to an individual person’s hearing loss?
A: Bandit, the Engage hearing aids can be programmed to an individual's hearing loss either remotely or in one of our hearing centers. The aids can also be personalized through our LucidShape. Please contact Customer Solutions at 1-800-785-6052 to discuss the option that is the best for you!
