I installed these throughout my home to control phillips hue lights - they work well and were easy to setup. The ease of installation and consistentcy make the cost of the device well worth it.

Item was super easy to install and feels secure, easy to set up in the hue app, but saddly only works for “toggle switchs” whereas most of mine are flat.

One of the best dimmer switch that works well with Phillip Hue products, highly recommend.

Only a few minor gripes. The tactility/feel is probably average at best. Most people don't really care that much about how switches feel or sound. I prefer eaton switches over Leviton paddles by far, but it varies by product line really. For the $$ you would expect a premium fit/feel and these fall a bit short in click tightness/feedback. It uses coin batteries which is less than ideal. It is fairly easy to swap out though, and the alternatives without a neutral wire also have bigger drawbacks. I bought one of the kinetic powerless switches, but it was too inconsistent and loud/way too much mechanical feedback for a light switch. I prefer this despite liking the esthetic of the other switch more. What this does well is give you options. Purely a luxury purchase, but sometimes I don't want to scream at my phone/google homes or go grab my phone to turn off the lights. I was washing dishes tonight with my son watching TV and my google home and phone far enough where I would have had to scream at it. Far more convenient to just reach up and turn off the switch. I also don't have to worry about my in laws turning off switches now. (I know I could install blanks, but I was waiting for something like this) Installation was easy from a hardware and software perspective. Definitely don't do the hardware installation if you don't know what you are doing. The software install for this was surprisingly easy. It seems the whole smart home industry has fixed what was a huge problem in devices not recognizing. 5 out of 5 went super fast with no resets or long waits. The main thing that has impressed me is the reliability and responsiveness. I don't know if I have had to double press a switch yet. It also responds almost as fast as a regular switch. Its definitely not, but its fast enough where you won't really feel the lag unless you are looking for it. If I could change anything, I would want is a tighter more premium feeling switch/bezel. The click of something closer to a commercial switch would be nice. Maybe a bit more solid feeling if that's possible. An install kit for those that dont have old switches could have made a more solid base/installation type. The battery doesn't bother me that much but we will see how long they last.

I have at least 10 of these Lutron aurora switches for different hue lights in my home. This particular one I purchased because I needed to replace a paddle switch (the rest were placed on existing toggle switches). Lights are very responsive to pressing the button for on and off and dimming. They are very easy to install. Very minor issues at times where one switch controls multiple lights and maybe one out of 100 times one of the lights does not turn on. There was one switch the broke and I called lutron and they provided a hassle free replacement. They are pricey though. Wish they worked with the Lutron app as well as the hue app Since I have other Lutron switches in the house where I don’t have smart bulbs.

You don't need to be a licensed electrician to install this item. The instructions are very clear, the steps are extremely easy - just make sure you do it safely by shutting off the power breaker before removing the wall plate and touching the wires. Once installed, it has the exact effect you want - press to turn the room lights on or off, dims when rotated, and, most importantly, leave power to the light bulbs, so you can still use voice control after turning the lights off at the switch. We installed 2 in our family room where there are 2 points of entry, so lights can be controlled from either (before you had to walk across the room as no 3/way switch was installed). I only wish that there was a way to control specific lights, as when you configure it, it attaches to and controls all Hue lights within a configured room.

Have bought several of these. Brilliantly designed, functional, simple install, and aesthetically pleasing too.

Really love this switch. Currently have two no problems. Battery still going after 2 years. Simple setup. Look cool and modern on wall. On off press. Dimming turn wheel. So simple so perfect.

I recently installed Hue wafer LEDs and was surprised to find that my traditional Lutron Caseta dimmer didn’t work with them. After some more research, I stumbled upon this and bought it to give it a try. Removing my switch and installing this took at most five minutes, and adding it to the app was quick and easy. It looks great with other Lutron products and would likely stand by itself well too.

I bought 2 of these for my Philips Hue bulbs. They are easy to install and pair with my bulbs. No issues what so ever.

I used these to replace the buggy Philips Hue dimmer switches I had throughout the house. These work great. Never had a issue with them not turning off or on like I did all the time with the Hue switches. Dimmer function works great. The reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is for the fact you can’t add scenes to them without buying a app called iConnectHue. With that app you are able to add any scenes you may have with multiple presses of the button. Without that app you can only turn them on or off and use the dial to dim them. They feel a bit flimsy, but I’ve had no problems with them holding up.

Lutron never disappoints. Easy to use and convenient control for hue light. The dial turns smoothly and can control multiple rooms too. Also, by replacing the light switch, you won't have to worry about the power to the Hue lights being turned off.

This is the best way to control Hue light bulbs. It allows you to turn your regular switch into a smart dimmer control. Or you can actually place it wherever you want on your wall. You can switch the lights on to whatever color/brightness state you want and then dial the brightness up or down with the dimmer. Easy to install.

The dimmer switch works well, and integrates will with my Hue lights. After removing the old switch in place and rewiring, I now have a wireless dimmer set so that people no longer accidentally turn off the Hue lights on the switch. Easy install, matches my existing switches.

Does exactly what it’s designed to do. I have it hooked up to three separate Hue light strip kits for my cabinet lighting. This single which allows me to toggle all 3 off/on and dim.

This switch is exactly what I needed. I was looking for a more traditional interaction with my Hue lights. All these other smart switches a just control the flow of electricity. This switch controls just Hue lights and does not require to be wired into the home, which made me like it even more. Perfect.

You can use these to dim your lights, also it makes it so you don’t have to worry about someone putting the switch down so your light stay connected with Alexa or google home

The product works well and changes the lights very fast (no lag between lights and switch) which I was bit worried about before I bought these. Only downsides is that the build quietly could be a bit better it is more wobbly than a normal switch and moves around a bit more than I would like it. All and all though I would recommend this product.

Makes life amazing if you're invested into Hue. I have 3 of these around the house and have multiple lights paired to each dial. I think these look the best and most simple from the Hue offerings.
