    Madden 23 done right.

    This is the best On-Field Madden I've played since the PS2 days. This is the closest to NFL 2K5 and APF 2K8 that EA has come with regards to how fun the gameplay is, and how much control you have over your players. This game has a good balance of player ratings and controller skill. It looks amazing, the animations are elite, and the modes are fun to play. I aint a fan boy, as the past several years of Madden have been lackluster in my opinion, but this year's game is really impressive to me. I played almost 10 years of football from junior high to minor league arena pro football, so I'm not some young punk who is judging this as a pure video game. I'm judging this as both a game and a simulation of real football. As a quarterback in real life, I can appreciate a game that forces you to read coverages, blitz packages, identify mismatches, etc.

    Got this for my son as a reward for A honor roll.

    My son and husband play this together all the time. My boy just started playing football this year and this game has been a huge interest for him and great learning of how the sport is played.

  • How certain is the fact that this version does indeed come with a code for X Box, S series? This physical disc version is on sale for $34.99 while the digital version is still $69.99, so I want to be certain that this will work on the Series S X Box.

  • How it work with Series S with physical disc? There no Drive for Series S.

    You would have to purchase a digital version online. They may sell a digital code here on Best Buy’s website, check it out.
