I bought these points on August 15th, 2023. After about 5 minutes i got an email saying that the points are ready to reddem… i redeem and the points ARE NOT on my Madden account. I reset my console (as EA) stated, still nothing. Now 8 days later (August 23rd), points are still NOT showing. I have emailed EA and they keep telling me to send a computer/PC screenshot of my purchase (which i did in an email to 7 different EA employees because a different person responds back every time). Completely unacceptable and i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

**DO NOT BUY** Code redemption is NOT working. It will redeem to your account, you will receive the confirmation email, but you will NOT receive your points in-game. Microsoft says that this is an EA issue, EA says this is a Best Buy issue, I am waiting to hear back from Best Buy as to what they have to say. DO NOT BUY

It says it's compatible for all consoles, but it isn't. Upon redeeming the code, you'll get 12,000 Madden Points added to the Xbox One version of the game. Instead of buying it here, just buy it on the Xbox store, or find a code that is exclusively for Xbox Series X/S.

saw the reviews for it and still thought i would try it and refund it if it didnt work, it did give me the rewards unlike the people reviewing said

All points go to xbox one been back n forth with xbox support and best buy and cant get a refund just flushed $100 down the toilet
