Good Movie for historical purposes.
I love to watch biographical movies. I bought this movie with this in mind and it did not let me down. The lead actor (cannot remember his name) was excellent. He could of easily won for best actor for an academy award. Nelson Mandela led a great life and this movie only contributed to a better understanding of him. I would highly recommend this movie for its acting and its hopeful accuracy on this man's life.

based on the autobiography "Long Walk to Freedom".
The film was inspirational, just like the man and woman themselves. Idris Elba as Nelson and Naomie Harris as Winnie. Great acting dispite the back drop of aparteid. You will need to set aside two and a half hours to watch it.

Excellent movie in every way
I thought that this movie was excellent. An excellent movie about an excellent man. The actors both who played Mandela and Winnies were great

History is Always Great for Viewing
Mandela is an important figure in history, and I most certainly HAD to add this one to my home collection.
