Mars Devices - Transparent Replacement Controller for Nintendo N64 - Red

I bought this thinking it was official from Best Buy I didn’t know they now allow third-party sellers like everyone else they can just sell any trash. The controller is almost impossible to plug into the N 64 you have to push really hard to the point you feel you’re gonna break the plug on your console plugging it in where an original Nintendo controller just easily slides in. And I ordered a blue one and I received a green one and the biggest problem is when I plugged my memory pack into the bottom of the controller to save my games it just throws an error that says invalid parameters access accessing pak 1. And if I plugged the memory card into a official Nintendo controller it works fine. So now the controller is basically a paperweight and it says I can’t return it unless you use it on games that don’t save any progress and then I guess it’ll work fine for that. Very disappointed in this purchase but at the same time disappointed in myself for falling for third-party stuff being sold on Best Buy. Attached images of the error and the wrong controller with the flash on my camera it does make it look almost blue but trust me it’s a dark green it’s supposed to be almost a navy blue color.
