The Marshall Bromley 750 is like the final boss of party speakers and I absolutely love it! Something about new speakers makes me giddy and I felt like a kid on Christmas when it arrived. Not only does it have the timeless Marshall looks, sound, and build quality, but it’s also upgraded with modern features like bluetooth, a 40 hour battery, 360 sound dispersion, and a party light display that actually adds to the party vibe. If you want one speaker to add a instant thump to your party, indoor or out, the Bromley 750 is up to the job. There’s quite a few things I want to cover here, but let me start with the sound. Classic “Marshall sound” with interesting tuning options. In terms of sound tuning there’s a Bass, Treble, and Sound Character knob. The latter seems to add a boost to some frequencies and moves that boost along the frequency range as you adjust it. It works well though I’d say there’s no perfect setting for all music and I generally just find a place I’m happy with at the moment. The Bromley 750 sounds good, but I wouldn’t say premium sound quality is the best feature or focus. This is a party speaker after all. It needs to get loud, thump, and sound good doing it. In that regard, this speaker is outstanding. There’s front and rear facing 10” woofers for bass, up firing tweeters for height and dispersion, and front and rear facing mids and tweeters for projection. Each speaker is protected by a steel grill and there’s no fear of them getting damaged by accidental contact or some kid intent on pushing in dust caps. It’s built like a proper DJ/PA speaker which at this price point it pretty much is. Especially considering it has 2 XLR inputs, which is perfect for either 2 mics or a guitar and mic without needing to add a mixer in-between. Just bring the speaker, instruments, XLR cables, and you’re good to go! You can even skip the power cord for most parties. It comes with a user replaceable 40 hour battery and I guess you can buy spare batteries if you plan on partying non-stop for multiple days off the grid, but… shoot, please invite me if you do. And if you are traveling like that, you’ll appreciate how well the Bromley 750 is built. It looks like a full size PA amp/speaker and that’s because it is. Weighing in at a hefty 52lbs, this speaker is solid! No worries about using it as a temporary stool, and I’m thankful for the built-in wheels, luggage handle, and side handles. It’s hefty, but there’s sturdy metal grills protecting each speaker driver, body shielding to protect against bumps, and IP54 protection against dirt and splashes. The knobs feel great and live up to the classic Marshall look and feel that’s expected of the brand. And unlike most party speakers I’ve seen, I actually like the “light show” the Bromley 750 offers. The whole front grill is lined with bright LEDs displaying 3 distinctive patterns, but the 1st one is what grabs me. It just has a classy look to it that I appreciate and seems fitting in a party atmosphere. Especially when you hit the M button for it to go into strobe mode! Do I recommend the Marshall Bromley 750? If you’re looking for a party speaker, absolutely!!! It’s huge and it’s heavy, but it’s also a true one speaker solution with 2 XLR inputs, 40 hours of battery life, and it can fill a large room with loud, thumping, clean sound. If you want an instant party maker, the Bromley 750 has you covered. PROS - Loud - Signature Marshall sound - Gorgeous - Actually like the light effects - Strobe! - Bass thumps - Long range bluetooth reception - Sturdy - Wheels and handles - Multiple source inputs (bluetooth, ⅛ mic input, 2 XLR inputs) - 40 hours of battery life - A true party speaker CONS - HEAVY - about 51 lbs - Not the highest end sound quality - App doesn’t do much

The biggest and loudest speaker from Marshall is called Bromley. Bromley has rock'n'roll looks, party lights, real knobs and audio sounds fantastic. It is so stoutly built Marshall even had to give it a luggage handle and wheels. Should you need to carry Bromley, sturdy spring loaded handles make off the beaten path adventures easier. So, unless you live on an island, estate or a farm. The incredible volume of audio on this omnidirectional speaker could annoy the neighbors if you don't invite them over. High volume and bass are very much included in the Bromley. Oh, and it does it all on battery power for nearly two full days! The Marshall Bromley definitely came to play. It has multiple inputs for those who have or need mic and instruments amps. I am not gifted with voice or band abilities. These features were not tested. I did test USB-C, Bluetooth, and Aux daisy chaining. And those alone made the Bromley move to center stage in my home. Highlights and why you buy a speaker like this are sound quality at all volumes. I did not achieve maxed out levels. I cherish my hearing too much. Briefly tested at about 3/4 before returning to between 1/4 and 1/2 volume and Bromley was still heard throughout my house. Louder would require auditorium size space or be outside. Especially when you turn the "Sound Character" knob towards full. The BASS is the MOST I have ever heard in a portable speaker. And it is good bass, almost dedicated subwoofer good. You will need to tweak treble and bass knobs if you max out the sound character to not loose the fidelity and audio quality of some songs. Some may just want the thump though. You also need to realize the sound is coming from all sides of the speaker. It fills the space it sits in. Then there is how you tame Bromley. All the knobs and toggle switches. Anybody near the speaker can easily dial in audio, play, pause, track advance or replay. Of course this might be a negative if people just want to mess with your speaker. There is a app, but for some reason it is extremely limited for the Bromley. Updates, volume, standby timeout, assigning M button function and the Beta Broadcast Feature. Odd the equalizer other Marshall devices can use is missing. Even bass and treble would have been nice. On BT, the volume from my phone can slowly increase the lights around the volume knob. Letting the app control bass, treble and sound character would have been a good idea. Maybe an update brings this to life. Perhaps even knob lockout for when speaker is out in public. While many party speakers go with RGB lights. Marshall went a bit more classy and retro to match their speaker aesthetics. The lights always start in off, but easily come to life with a button press. 1st button press is a sort of a start with a few lights and slowly fill to a near full field of twinkle and back to minimal fill. 2nd press gets a square/rectangle road hazard alternating pattern. 3rd and final press gets audio sync flashes. The M button can add a couple second all lights strobe, but needs a press for each strobe effect. And the lights alternate between white or amber. No other colors are available. As for connections and power. Marshall seems to have covered most of the options currently available. RCA (record player perhaps?). USB-C audio input or charge an external device (does not simultaneous charge phone if playing content). Mic and instrument ports (did not test), also have 3 dedicated knobs for these devices. AUX in/out (easily add more speakers, works great). Even a stand hole in the base to elevate the speaker. Battery life of 40 hours might be accurate, but I have not reached 40 hours use yet and still on the initial charge, but with battery level on the front and also on the removable battery. I will know when it is time to plug in, removable power cord is included (btw, aside from paperwork. Only other item in the box). Or if you remove the battery. You can charge by USB-C or use the battery as a small power source. Did not see charge indicator through USB-C port on rear of speaker. Overall, this is hopefully something you can test at your local Best Buy. Long review and maybe I missed what you needed to hear. I love this speaker for everything it represents. Absolutely recommend Marshall and Bromley to anyone. Lastly, congrats on the box design. It has fantastic shipping protection, but the presentation opening is top notch.

I've had the Marshall Bromley 750 for a little under a week now and I have to say that I am pretty excited about having and owning this amazing speaker. It is BIG, but still small enough to transport in a car. I have a small ish hatchback and it fits perfectly fine and easily in my small trunk space. It is heavy, about 60 lbs, but it has two handles on the sides, a pull out handle on top and strong and sturdy wheels. I really love the design. I'm a rocker, I play guitar. I gigged with a Marshall Halfstack in a band for a couple of years so naturally this speaker reminded me of those days and brought a big smile on my face. I love the power button, the volume and EQ knobs. They all have the classic Marshall amp design. It reminds me of my old Marshall Half stack. Anywho, this thing is a literal party machine! The built in lights are a really cool touch and definitely set the mood and vibe. They seem to react to the music playing on your device. The lights have three different modes, and I believe you can customize it and set a strobe if you'd like. I like to just keep it on the 1st mode. It is subtle and honestly quite beautiful to look at. The speaker has many inputs, you can play your music through Bluetooth, Aux In, RCA , and Two XLR 6.3 mm jacks for instruments or microphones. Very cool! You can connect an electric guitar to it with it but you'll need a pre amp or effects pedal to do so. I honestly might purchase a guitar amp modeler and try it out with this later. Sound quality is fantastic. This thing definitely gets loud enough to host a beach or backyard party. I intend on using mine for a wedding in a couple of months. It is definitely loud enough to party with in a 100-150 person hall. You can adjust bass and treble to tweak the music to your liking. On the far right you'll see a sound character knob that reads "Dynamic ~ Loud" It allows you to get a full sound at lower volumes if you set it to dynamic. If you turn the dial to Loud, it gives the speaker a boost and you can really crank up the volume. While at home, I like to set mine to dynamic and then the volume to about 40/50% It has a very nice full sound that fills my living room nicely. I love it for playing my vinyl records at home. This is hands down the best party speaker I've ever owned and it looks so good in my home. I'm going to set one of my guitars beside it to complete the look. Battery life, is also very very good. Marshall states that you can expect about 40 hours of battery , I'm assuming that's with the lights flashing as well. I haven't gotten to test that statement in the week that I've owned it, but after my initial 100% charge.. the battery life has barely taken a dent. I would say it is at about 70% still and Ive been using it every day since I got it. I had it going for about 3 hours on the first day while I did my chores. One of my other favorite features about this amp is that the battery is easily removable. I don't see where I can buy a spare battery yet for this speaker, but I am going to assume that Marshall will be selling spare batteries for those of you needing longer battery life while on the go with this speaker. The battery can be charged with a USB C cable if you prefer, but the speaker also comes with a power cord that plugs into the wall outlet. The speaker will charge the battery if you connect it this way. Would I recommend this speaker? If you can afford to splurge on this, for sure! Especially if you are a DJ, host parties often, or just want a really nice speaker for your home.

BACKGROUND: I have been a passionate high-fidelity stereo equipment owner since the early 1960’s and I also consider myself a proficient electric guitarist cutting my chops since 1965. For over 60 years I have my ears fine-tuned to great sounding equipment, both creating and reproducing music. Add to that mix, I have owned a multitude of high-end audio systems, personal BT (Bluetooth) speakers, party BT speakers, and guitar equipment including ‘60’s vintage Marshall tube amplifiers. I will admit at my current age, my ears have degraded higher frequencies reception, therefore I normally adjust my music with tad additional treble to compensate. BOTTOM LINE: I must mention the Marshall Bromley 750 is Marshall’s first entry in the “Party Speaker” category after marketing various “Personal BT” speakers, along with upscale “Home Speakers”. The primary issue I encountered with the Bromley 750 is that it just sounds way too bright and lacking mid frequencies, no matter how I adjusted the dual EQ controls. Bass is way overpowering compared to the other frequencies. And I just could not “dial in” this system to provide a balanced musical soundstage. Yes, it can get tremendously loud without distortion capable of pushing a lot of air, but it is just not musical to my ears. I tried numerous room placements: In a corner, next to a wall, in the middle of the room, etc. I even tried placing a blanket over the top of this speaker blocking both the top and side drivers. Sadly, nothing I did could improve the overall unnatural sound production. It just sounds unpleasant with a “listening fatigue” within only a few minutes. CONTROL SETTINGS: After using the Bromley for the past four days, I finalized setting the BASS control to 4, the TREBLE to 1, the VOLUME to 7 and the SOUND CHARACTER to 8. Then I would control the overall volume with the connected devices (assortment of phones/tablets using BT or USB-C inputs, and a CD player through the RCA inputs). This configuration was still high-end ear piecing and lacking even moderate mid frequencies. With reproducing my library of classic Rock & Roll, Progress Jazz, and New Wave music that is less than acceptable and just fails to meet my even basic listing requirements. APPLICATION: I aways demo equipment the first one or two days without using the device’s corresponding downloadable application. After being unable to dial-in an acceptable musical response, I was hopeful the application would do the trick and put that “Marshall Sound Smile” on my face. Nope… The only reason to download and install the Marshall Bluetooth app is to upgrade the firmware. Originally received the Bromley 750 with version 1.0.2. Application updated the firmware version to 1.0.4. I will mention there was zero overall sound improvement. The “LISTEN TO BROADCAST” feature does not function; it continuously is in a “Searching for nearby broadcasts…” loop. The M-Button behavior option will only allow two options. The default short flashing Strobeoscope, or the Low Power mode. I guess you could say it has a third option, if you include the Do-Nothing mode that can also be accomplished by just not pushing the button. Additionally, you can adjust the Standby-Timeout to 10, 15, or 20 minutes. That will turn the speaker system off when no input is recognized. MISSING APP FEATURE: Instead of the above somewhat useless app options, just give users at least one adjustable band EQ of 5 to 10 band ranges. And three user preset adjustable EQ options would be ideal. That would allow users to quickly adjust for different locations (indoor vs outdoors), different volume levels, and/or different music genres. I would believe EQ options could allow me “dial-in” this system with only minor fine tuning with the front panel controls. Are you listening Marshall? INPUTS: Marshall got this right. I appreciate the numerous input options from sources beyond the basic Bluetooth connectivity. RCA, AUX, and USB-C can transform this speaker system into an input switcher for a multitude of connectivity choices. Sweet! MIC/GUITAR: Add to the above connectivity options are the dual Microphone / Guitar dedicated inputs. Each with their own front panel volume control and selectable effects. Using an acoustic guitar with an onboard preamp will sufficiently drive the Guitar input. Note using an electric guitar does require some kind of preamp. I dug out my 1990’s POD 2.0 kidney bean processor that performed adequately through the Bromley 750. BATTERY: Another design feature that merits positive acknowledgement. With an estimated 40 hours capacity (½ volume without LED's) goes far beyond your typical party speaker system. Add in the fact that it is removeable/replaceable and can be used to power other USB-C 5vdc devices. I’m impressed! BUILD: The overall build quality is excellent with well-designed and functional features. The spring retractable side handles, along with the telescoping rear handle are actually required to move this beast from one location to another. The major build downside with this speaker system is its weight. At 52 pounds, it is very heavy and rather awkward sized. This party speaker was somewhat of challenge to get it up to our third-floor penthouse music room (aka: our finished attic). I have to chuckle at the stock photo with what looks like a six-foot roadie or security personnel, straight out of a lifetime membership at Planet Fitness, hoisting this beast on their shoulder. Yeah, right… Recognize us mere mortals would be admitted to the nearest emergency room if we attempted that feat. PARTY LED’s: I usually have little use for speakers with flashing-colored lights. Most are pretty annoying to me after the initial few minutes of “hey, that’s cool” until it’s not. But this Marshall is quite a bit different by eliminating the color element and only using white LEDs. They do have varying white color temperatures that will display a bright “cool” white from a “warmer” amber coloration. Three presets are available with the third being in sync with the music being played. SHIPPING BOX: I will also commend Marshall for their shipping boxes. Due to the size and weight, the courier had to use a dolly to move this shipment from the back of their truck to my garage. That damaged the outside top of the second shipping box to the point that I had concerns. But once I was able to remove the primary box from the secondary shipping box, all was just fine. And I was very impressed with the way the primary box side just unfolded down to be able to roll out the speaker (view pics). PRICE: I have no issues with a manufacturer premium pricing their equipment for a select audience and specific upscale functionality. But only if their product actually justifies the premium. With a list price of $1,300 I would expect to be blown away with a tremendous simile on my face using this speaker system. But unfortunately, that did not happen. This system as it stands today, does not come close to warrant that degree of financial outlay. I currently own competing vendor’s similar sized “party speakers”, that provide an extraordinary musical soundstage, at about one third the price of the Bromley 750. RATING: After using the Marshall Bromley 750 for the past 4 days, I believe it earned itself a weak 2-Star Rating. Although there are many cutting-edge features incorporated in this party speaker system, it really boiled down to overall sound superiority. And that single criteria to my ears just totally missed the mark and failed. That said, I am optimistic future firmware upgrades, possibly with an extended 7-band EQ frequency option, will correct the overly bright and mid-deficient musical output. It is also quite possible that Marshall’s partnership with rapper Denzel Curry is specifically designed to be a completely unique and innovative sound, dedicated to reproducing a category of music that my traditional ears cannot seem to acclimate sufficiently. Finally, the Bromley 750 is just not the historically Marshall tones I am accustomed to hearing. Consequently, as it stands today, I cannot recommend this system to others. .

I needed a speaker for an event that could connect to multiple sources, including 2 microphones and another source. I was hoping to find something portable with its own power source, as running a long cable would be a hassle. That’s when I found the Marshall Bromley 750 Portable Wireless Party Speaker, which was “portable” and LOUD. My only concern was that it was a Party Speaker, which might impact the sound quality, but I decided to get one for the event. Pros: - Multiple Inputs & Easy to Connect with. - Loud and Clear! - Solid Build Quality. - 40hrs of Play Time on a single charge. Cons: - Heavy “Portable” Speaker at ~53lbs. - Unbalanced Sound with no way to adjust, mid-range is missing. - App only handles pairing. Getting it out of the box: The Marshall Bromley 750 is a heavy “Portable” speaker, weighting ~74lbs in the box. The speaker itself weights ~53lbs. The main reason this speaker can be called portable is that it has an internal battery, so no cables needed to power it, though a cable is included if you want to plug it in directly during use. Getting the speaker out of the box was easier than I thought, but it did require me to open the box and then tilt it upside down to get it out without straining my back. This thing is HEAVY! Getting the Bromley 750 paired is very easy, just turn it on and select the Bluetooth mode. Then press and hold the mode selection until the LED flashes, then find the Bromley 750 on your wireless device. Done. I had no issues getting connected without the Marshall App which was a plus. Software: The Marshel App is a major let down, I’ve had similar experience with a headset but for the Bromley 750 Party Speaker the app is merely for pairing and registering the speaker to your account. This is a big letdown, as I was hoping for some EQ or digital enhancements to calibrate the sound settings. Instead, at least for now, the default is all you get. The app only has controls for managing the volume, Listen to Broadcast(more on that), adjusting the M-Button function, and timeout settings for power off. The Listen to Broadcast is a Beta feature, that is supposed to connect to a local broadcast and play the music from that, but it’s very obvious that is not working currently. Maybe it will be nice to have a list of music curated by someone else but for most of my purposes I would want to be in-control of the tunes being played. The M-Button would be nice if it could do more, but currently you can only adjust the Stroboscope, Enable Low-Volume Mode or have it do nothing. This is basically useless unless it can do more than these options. Build: As mentioned before, the Bromley 750 is heavy, the box and speaker weight about 74lbs! The speaker alone weights about 53lbs! Not that weight is a direct indication of build quality, but you can tell the speaker is built solid even before opening the box! The speaker is built rugged, I couldn’t find any details about the specific material used but it’s textured and leather like. It’s weather resistant, in the sense that a little rain won’t ruin it but don’t go dropping it into the pool. On each corner and edge are bumper guards, extra hard plastic that can take a hit or drop without breaking the speaker. All the speakers are covered with a metal grate, including the front, top and side speakers. From the specifications sheet, there are 8 internal speakers: 2x 10-inch 150W Woofers, 2x 5.25 inch 50W Mid-Ranges, 2x 1 inch 7W Tweeters, and 2x 0.8 inch 14W Tweeters. These are all paired with Amps: 2x 100W Amps for Woofers, 2x 50W Amps for Mid-Range, and 4x 50W Amps for Tweeters. Plenty of power for a ton of boom. Additionally, there are convenient features built into the speaker that make moving and using the speaker outside much easier. There is a carrying handle and roller wheels that make moving the speaker easy as any luggage carrier. There are sealing covers over both the wired connections port and battery compartment to keep out dust and water. Plus, for general usability the dials all have lights which makes it easy to adjust the settings in low light. I consider all these great extras for a Party Speaker. Connectivity: The Bromley 750 has multiple ways to connect a source for input: Bluetooth 5.3, RCA (Red & White plugs), USB-C, and AUX Jacks. The AUX Jack can be Daisy Chained in which is helpful if you need multiple speakers from 1 source. Additionally, there are 2 XLR plugs for Microphones or Instruments that can both be plugged in simultaneously, with a separate control on the front for how those work. On the front dials there is additional affects you can add to the XLR plugs, such as: Delay, Delay/Reverb, and Reverb which are great additional features for party effects. Sound: The biggest point of a speaker is to make sounds, and that is what the Bromley 750 does well. It is very loud and powerful, with enough Bass to shake the floor! The Audio Quality is decent, though you can tell the speakers are designed to pump out party beats, over instrumentals or vocals. The Sound Character helps adjust the sound from a Dynamic wide range to a compressed Loud, but this doesn’t solve the imbalance between. When using the speaker for Microphones, it worked well, though again it is very noticeable that the vocals are imbalanced. Overall, the biggest downside is that there is almost no mid-range sound, and no real way to adjust it in the app with EQ or Sound Modes. This really translates to everything sounding high with a lot of bass, which is great for Party Music or Dance music, but if you’re looking for a good speaker to plug-in for a performance or instrument, I would probably suggest looking elsewhere at least until Marshall provides options in the App to adjust the balance. Front Strobe Lights: The front speaker also serves as a Strobe Effect providing different lighting effects that either set the stage or move to the music. It’s a nice extra feature that stands out in a party. Battery: The 40hrs of battery life is no understatement. I was able to run this the whole weekend of the event, for about 10-12hrs a day for 3 days, all on a single charge. Plus, the battery is removable for separate charging or to charge other USB-C compatible devices. This is a handy feature if you’re away or at an outdoor event that doesn’t have direct access to power for charging. If you want to power via a wall outlet, there is an included cable and plug at the bottom of the speaker below the battery. Conclusion: If you want a wireless party speaker that can do it all and are not too worried about the mid-range sounds, this is a solid choice! If you’re looking for a performance speaker where balanced sound is key, this probably isn’t your speaker. For any outdoor party or event that requires music, the Bromley 750 is up for the task, for the whole weekend or more with 40hrs of playtime. Plus, a little rain or water isn’t anything to fear with the weather resistance from water and dust, just keep it out of the pool! I’ll be able to keep the party going wherever I go now with this speaker!

I can’t say enough good things about this Marshall Bromley speaker! The sound that comes out of this thing completely surprised me — it’s loud, rich, and crystal clear even at higher volumes. The bass is deep without being overwhelming, and the vocals and instruments sound clean and balanced. It really fills the room beautifully and gives off that classic Marshall sound you expect. The battery pack can also double down as a power bank to charge your phone or other accessories. I appreciate that this speaker includes both Bluetooth and aux input options. The Bluetooth connection is fast, reliable, and stays connected without interruption, while the aux input provides a convenient alternative when I prefer a direct connection. The added ability to connect microphones or turntables, musical instruments has really made the Bromley a one stop shop of entertainment. The overall design is impressive—sturdy, and visually appealing in any setting. The addition on wheels and retractable handle allow for easy transport. The built-in light effects add a fun, dynamic touch, whether for gatherings, workouts, or creating a lively atmosphere at home. It’s clear that the materials and construction are high quality; nothing about this speaker feels flimsy or inexpensive. It’s become my go-to speaker for all my gatherings — whether I’m relaxing at home, cleaning, or having people over, it always sounds amazing. Pros: • Excellent, room-filling sound with deep bass and clear highs • Classic Marshall design — sturdy and stylish • Bluetooth and aux input options • Easy setup and strong connection • Compact but powerful Cons: • None so far — it’s exceeded my expectations

The first Marshall speaker I bought was the Woburn. It is absolutely awesome! It really set the bar for Bluetooth speakers! I just bought the Bromley 750. I am so happy with this speaker! My hat goes off to Marshall! Thanks for making such a classy, quality, and ultimately a super sounding speaker that is the BEST I have heard!

I think my title sums up my thoughts fairly well. This speaker largely nails everything, but perhaps is slightly lacking in one of the most important ways. That said, I am hopeful that even that will be addressed shortly. Design and build-wise, they did not miss. Full stop. Smart and functional. It definitely has the classic Marshall look that mirrors the looks of their other speakers, but given the size closely resembles their line of amps. It may lack the sporty look many speakers have these days, but it’s perfect for me. Additionally, the use of full knobs accentuates that look but also makes everything a breeze to use. Even the “party lights” or stage lights as they call them are done in a somewhat refined way, being all inside the front face of the speaker and done in different temperatures of white LEDs. These are not typically “my thing,” but given my use case for this speaker, and how they are implemented, I am excited to use these. Lastly, while I don’t anticipate being reckless with this speaker, the dirt and splash protection does give a little peace of mind for those clumsy people who will inevitably be around lol. This thing is big and heavy, but it is put together well and feels totally solid. There are some nice “bumpers” on all the corners for protection. Given its size and shape, and the fact that it will be meant to be mobile for my needs, I love the included wheels and handles (both top and side). It can still be some work to get it where you want it, but it is not that bad. It is clear Marshall put some thought into this unit, as they nailed the inputs. It has everything you will probably need, and more. Bluetooth, AUX, RCA, USB-C are all present, in addition to dedicated Microphone and Guitar inputs, each of those with their own controls. This is more than I need right now, but the added versatility is very welcome for down the road. Very well done here. Further, more of the same on the battery front. Battery life has been impressive for me, as rated if not a bit better so far. Of course, that will depend on use, lights, etc…but I don’t think I will have an issue going forward. An unexpected thing was that the battery itself is removable. It can be charged separately and even used for other needs. A nice value add for me. I also wonder if they will offer additional batteries for sale separately. We shall see. Now, for the one (sort of two) area(s) where I think the speaker is “slightly” lacking, the sound. To be clear, I think it misses slightly. It is loud, has a lot of power, and fills very well. Additionally, the low end is very present. It has that bass. On some level it is a party speaker, and I think the soundstage is designed for that. It just misses some of the crispness and clarity when it comes to mids and vocals. I do think It sill sounds quite good, but I guess all things considered I was looking for more. There is only so much you can adjust given the controls on the speaker itself. Which leads to the one other area I was left wanting, the app. Frankly, it is rather basic, no, really basic, and does not offer much in terms of customization. Typically, I really dig in here to dial in my sound to my liking, but that is simply not an option here. There is no EQ, which I really find hard to believe, even given the nature of this product. I don’t know, on some level I am hopeful that soon Marshall will add some functionality here, but as it stands now, that is not the case. For some this may not be an issue, but it is something to note. So, where does that leave me? Taken as a whole, I think this is a great speaker, and I do think this is nearly perfect for my needs. It is built very well, looks fantastic, has well thought out inputs, as well as an innovative battery situation with solid performance, is “easier” to move around…and it does sound quite good. I do wish the sound was a tick better, given the price, but perhaps naively, I am hopeful they will address that with some better control in the app. That said, as it stands, this still has everything you are really looking for in a party speaker and will absolutely excel in that use case and I think would also be perfect for most people looking for that.

It is engineered more like an upgraded (almost "glorified") guitar amp, focusing on excellent sound reproduction. Let me break it down some. Build Quality is great. It is a pretty heavy speaker however it has built in handles and wheels to let you bring it from place to place. Inputs: this speaker includes multiple input options: Bluetooth, 3.5mm Aux, RCA, and two combo jacks for microphone or instrument inputs as well as USB-C. The input flexibility makes the Bromley 750 suitable for everything from casual streaming to live music setups and karaoke. If you're planning a specific use case like DJing a wedding or a birthday party, hosting a jam session, or outdoor events this speaker would do an amazing job. Sound Quality: I was pretty impressed. Not because it is just loud and yes you get a total output of 500 watts, but after putting it through a number of streaming music samples this Bromley 750 produced nice booming bass, crisp mids and clear highs especially when I connected my Hi-Res Walkman to it. What was nice to learn too was when you increase the volume to the max, the speaker did not distort the sound or made is muddy, it still maintained its sound clarity. Even those it is boxy, the speaker features 360 stereophonic sound and if you walk around the perimeter you still get consistent sound experience. So your performance or party will resonate well around the area whether it is inside or outside. You do get an app with this speaker and I would suggest downloading it. I wish it was a bit more "productive" however it offers firmware updates and a few other helpful tweaks like personalizing lighting effects (which are very nice by the way) and adjust sound even more. Battery life is great, although I am sure it may be used rarely in my case scenario. If you are planning an outside event without an electric hook up, give this speaker a good 4-5 hour charge and you will get around 40 plus hours at half the volume. All in all, it is a pretty impressive and solid speaker. I would say that if you want a speaker that combines Marshall’s heritage with modern audio engineering, the Bromley 750 is definitely a good choice to look into.

Expectations exceeded! We were looking for a party speaker for on our back porch for when our family is outside. We have several other Marshall speakers already so we decided to purchase the Bromley 750. First off the Quality of the construction is amazing. Its not cheap plastic like other party speakers. It is heavy but does have wheels and a telescoping handle and rolls very easily. Battery life is Amazing! The battery is removable and is very similar to a cordless drill battery so if youre on the go carrying a spare battery is possible. And as a Marshall product should it has 2 1/4" jacks for hooking up your guitar or other devices. Sound quality is beyond amazing even when at max volume. With multiple EQ adjustments this speaker sounds amazing with any type of music you want to play. We frequently connect our phones to it throughout the day in the house and listen to music. Bluetooth connection is super easy using the Marshall app. Adjustments to the EQ can be made through the app as well. Mounting capabilities are built into the cabinet as well. So it can be mounted to a tripod. Im absolutely amazed with this speaker.

The Marshall - Bromley 750 Portable Wireless Party Speaker pumps out incredible sound that will drive a party of any size, but is also great for listening in a smaller room. I've been testing it out and using it for the past week, following are some technical specs and my observations: - This is a good sized speaker and certainly on the larger end of portable wireless speakers. It is 16.26"W x 25.7"H x 14"D and weighs 52.7 lbs. It is a very solid speaker and comes with two sturdy handles on the sides for when you need to lift it. However, one of the great features is that it has a telescoping handle and wheels, so you can move it around without much lifting. - It is a great looking speaker, black and brass. It is very high-end and classy-looking. It looks like the large Marshall amps you see on stage at concerts. - In the box you get the Speaker, the Bromley Battery, installed inside the speaker, the speaker electrical cord and a Quick Start Guide. - The battery will play the speaker for over 40 hours on a full charge. The battery is also replaceable if needed. You can pull the battery out and charge it on its own with any USB-C cord, which is a nice feature if you have the speaker somewhere that is not close to an outlet, or simply plug in the speaker with the battery in place and that will also charge the battery. You can do a quick charge of the battery for 20 minutes to give 5 hours of playing time. It takes 3.5 hours to do a full charge of the battery. There is an LED indicator that tells you how much battery is left and when the battery has been fully charged. - The speaker has an IP54 rating, making it splash and dirt resistant, and even has a built-in drainage system. - There are a variety of inputs and outputs, including an Aux 3.5mm input and output, USB-C, RCA, and 2 MIC/instrument combo jacks. - I love all the controls on the speaker control panel. There is a power button, source selector, media control for play/pause/forward track/reverse track, volume, bass, treble, input 1 and input 2 volume controls for the Mic/Instrument combo jacks, plus an input control for the two combo jacks that controls the effects between delay and reverb or off, a sound character button that allow you to choose anywhere between full Dynamic to a full Loud setting, a Light Mode setting to choose between three light modes or off, a battery indicator, and finally an "M" button that allows you to select on the App between a strobe light, low volume mode or off. While there are a lot of controls, they are easy to figure out and they make it easy to customize the sound and lighting effects for whatever music you are listening to or whatever mood you want. - The Marshall Bromley provides 360 degree sound with speakers on all sides and even on top. It has two up-firing tweeters on top, a front-firing driver and tweeter, two rear-firing drivers, and a side-firing driver on each side. You can place the speaker in the middle of the room and get great sound on all sides. It sounds great no matter where you put it in your room, or even outside. - The lights are a nice feature for a party. There are three different presets that control the blinking and patterns of the lights, or you can turn them off. All lights are a white light. The lights add another dimension to the party in a darkened room. - While the Marshall Bromley 750 has a lot of great features and controls, most importantly with any speaker is the sound quality, and it really delivers. I have tested it out with a variety of music from multiple genres, including rock-n-roll, metal, pop, soft, acoustic, and instrumental. It all sounds great! Using the control features, including the bass and treble controls and the dynamic/loud control knob, you can really tune it in to best fit the type of music you are listening to. I have played it in both small and large rooms in my house and also took it out on my deck to listen to it while in my back yard. It provides great sound in all settings. Even outdoors where many speakers fail to provide good sound in such an open space, it sounded great. I tend to like a heavy bass punch to most music, and it delivers great heavy bass with no distortion. Of course, you can also dial back the bass if that's not your thing and the treble is also nice and clear. - The only criticism I would have is not really a criticism of the speaker, but more of the controls available through the Marshall App. You can use the App to update your firmware, access the full operating manual, change the volume, customize the selection of what you want the "M" button to do, select the standby timeout length, and listen to a nearby Broadcast. However, I would have liked it to also allow me to access the various controls available through the knobs on the control panel. It would be very convenient to be able to adjust the various control settings from wherever you are at a party, without going to the physical unit, as the type of music you are playing changes. This is not a huge deal, since you can do everything at the speaker, but that would be a nice upgrade to the App for the future. I am very pleased with my Marshall Bromley 750 Portable Wireless Party Speaker. It is a solid, well-made speaker with incredible sound that will last me for many years to come.
