My home theater is a 7.2.4, with these rounding out the .4 Dolby Atmos speakers. One may consider these overkill, but all my speakers are ML Motion series, so they timber match well. I'd highly recommend these for any application, granted they are rather pricey. Easy to install with a clean finish. I'll be spray painting the grills mat black eventually.

Great down-firing speakers for my ATMOS. Based on the recommendation from Bestbuy I went with down-firing instead of angled - it turned out to be the right decision. Great reco.
