The SWT-X Bluetooth transmitter signal system makes your MartinLogan Dynamo-X Series subwoofer very flexible. While the Dynamo-X line of subwoofers accept direct connection via traditional hard wiring, you are missing out on great benefits the SWT-X offers. Wireless Anthem Room Correction tuning as well as the many adjustments available on the ML Subwoofer Control App via Bluetooth. In my mind, the SWT-X is a necessary addition to your home theater system. While the ARC system tames the standing bass waves in your room, you may like beefier 25 Hz performance for a Transformers movie. Or maybe you want to fine tune the bass level at your favorite chair. The SWT-X puts access to the controls on your smart Android or iOS device. As wireless and Bluetooth technology evolved, the original SWT-2 signal was having interference from the IOT devices in the home. Instead of building the controller into the amp like the original Dynamo series, MartinLogan designed a receiver to “plug-in” to the Dynamo-X series. No more interference as the SWT-X signal is strong at 20 feet with furniture as obstacles. We use the LFE connection, but stereo is available, too. No need to worry about syncing the transmitter and receiver as they come matched from the factory.

Extremely easy to use/setup. Works great and so much easier than running wire. Still can be used as LFE (right channel).

This enabled me to put my subwoofer exactly where I wanted it. This is a great solution when you need to get creative about the placement of your subwoofer.
Definitely made a difference with the responsiveness to the bass in my surround sound. Instead of a bass lag, the sound feels more together.

If you don't buy this, you won't have full control of the subwoofer. Not cheap, but well worth the money. Too bad this is not included with the subwoofer. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

Easy to install and activate. Lets you put your speakers where you want them without the wires and the sound is superb!

Defiantly does the job. No more wires to hide about the floor. Wish it came with cables for hookup.

Everything worked as intended and was transparent in concealed location.

There were no instructions and considering how it I guess plugs in I’m not sure if the quality would really be there. I originally got it because my wife thought the subwoofer for all to see would be an eyesore (granted it’s 1600 watt, so it’s pretty huge) but I couldn’t exactly figure out how to manage the thing. To be fair I didn’t seek YouTube videos on setting it up so I just returned it for my 200 bucks and got the best cable I could find based on reviews so it only cost 17 bucks.

Sounds great. We have had no problems with it not working being wireless. Movies sound fantastic!

Being able to transfer the sub from one room to the other works great.

Can't really rate the actual product as it was not compatible with my amplifier. The wireless transmitter does NOT work with a speaker lever connection. I never thought to ask and this was not mentioned. Due to the recent events I did not try to return it right away and am now being told I am stuck with it. I would probably recommend this as long as you make sure it will work with your amp.
