Maserati are a band obsessed with process. Specifically, they're obsessed with the process of marrying the past to the future - retro futurists hellbent on forging Krautrock and classic rock into one motorik, monolithic vehicle. Rehumanizer is the most accomplished product of that process to date, a marriage of man and machine that plays like a supergroup comprised of Gary Numan, Cluster, and Pink Floyd. Building songs up bit by bit - and breaking them back down to their barest elements - Maserati fully embraced technology as a songwriting tool. The band takes greater risks than ever, sonically experimenting on the fly and incorporating unprocessed vocals for the first time ever. For the past decade Maserati has built a career out of relentless forward momentum - a tight, sleek, chugging beast that drove towards the sun and rarely veered off course. Rehumanizer maintains that same ambition and sense of abandon, but is distinctly as much man as it is machine - a true alliance of the past and the future.

Originally released in a very limited capacity in 2001, Maserati's debut album finally gets reissued on all formats to commemorate the band's 20th anniversary. Remastered from the original master tapes by Josh Bonati, 37 29 24 featured Maserati's original lineup of Coley Dennis, Matt Cherry, Steve Scarborough, and Phil Horan, and includes many of the most placid and medicative moments in Maserati's storied catalog - a darker, more pensive night drive than they would come to be known for on their later albums.

Originally released in 2010, Pyramid of the Sun was Maserati's landmark album. It was the band's final recording with drummer Jerry Fuchs, completed and released one year after his tragic passing. It became their defining album, and remains the keystone of Maserati's storied catalog. As the final piece in the celebration of Maserati's 20th anniversary, Pyramid of the Sun - Anniversary Edition has been repackaged, remastered from the original master tapes by Josh Bonati, and augmented with a scorching live set from the 2009 SXSW Music Conference. Also included are the side-long bonus tracks, InchPyramid of the MoonInch and InchPyramid of the Moon (The Field Remix).Inch
