The Mighty Rootsmen features the unparalleled talents of Reggae superstars Toots Hibbert, Luciano, Gregory Isaacs, Michael Rose, and the rhythmic prowess of Sly & Robbie, Mikey Chung, Robbie Lyn, and Sticky Thompson, alongside Zap Pow Horns members David Madden, Calvin 'Bubbles' Cameron, and Glen DaCosta. A groundbreaking collaboration - it is a celebration of reggae's iconic artists, seamlessly blending the genre's rich rhythms with rock and soul classics. Brought together by producer Ralph Sall (Paul McCartney, Billy Joel, Cat Stevens) and recorded at the famous Anchor Studios in Jamaica. The album's unique sound comes from the decision to let the musicians' instincts drive the creative process, striking a balance between homage and innovation. Featuring classic tracks from the likes of Tom Petty, The Steve Miller band, The Eagles and Fleetwood Mac. It is produced with a reverence for authenticity and musical mastery. This once-in-a-lifetime project brings together a dream team of Jamaican legends, paying tribute to their artistry and the art of collaboration. This is Timeless classics with a reggae supergroup. Tracks like InchFly Like an EagleInch showcase Steve Miller's unexpected, soulful guitar work layered over a reggae groove. Meanwhile, Mike Campbell's guitar on InchI Won't Back DownInch deepen the album's connections to rock royalty. Yet, the project remains firmly rooted in reggae. InchMy intention was to try to do something that hadn't been done in reggae before by putting these giants of the genre together to make a record that leaves you with good feelings, they're very recognisable as the songs they are but have a distinct reggae feel and stamp.Inch reflects Ralph. The Mighty Rootsmen stands as a tribute to the enduring power of reggae music an album that brings joy, good vibes, and a profound connection to musical history.

One of Dubconscious' most sacred mantras is 'Be the change you wish to see in the world.' We deeply believe in those important words, and do our best to represent our ideals as we tour. We aim to live and tour sustainably by using bio-diesel fuel, recycling, selling organic merchandise and educating our fans about critical issues. Constant travel requires an incredible amount of fuel. The world collectively burns more than 81 million barrels of oil every 24 hours. We choose to neutralize our environmental footprint by buying farm-grown, organic biodiesel. Biodiesel is a good, clean fuel source that any diesel engine can run on. Our tour bus purrs happily from B-20% to B-100%. While finding alternative fueling stations on the road can be a challenge, it's easily overcome by proper tour planning. We scout for fueling locations using Biodiesel and Nearbio For our personal travel, we blend a bit of ethanol E-85, because it's safe for most new cars. You can learn more at E85Fuel. Our hope is that, as the renewable fuel industry progresses, everyone else will eventually change to more sustainable energy sources. On tour, we separate and recycle everything we can. We keep a separate recycling bin on our bus and ensure it gets delivered to the proper location. Beyond that, we're also concerned about the volume of glass that gets thrown away at events across the country every night. As a solution, we're developing a plan to proactively collect thousands of glass bottles at venues, then transport and recycle them. We want to teach festivals and venues how easy it is to 'close the loop' and become sustainable. Expect to see us in action at all our shows by mid-summer. Aside from recycling, we also champion sustainable consumption. We believe that individuals must vote with their dollar and speak their beliefs. Distributors must also make the change, so we are committed to only
