Quality drop off.
Purchased this washer as a replacement for our previous Maytag that had broken down. This new Maytag seems like a cheap knockoff of the old. Everything it does is loud. You never know if it’s actually going to start the wash cycle after you press(hold in) the start button and it feels like 75 percent off the washing is a spin cycle as in it spins and spins and spins some more.

I Like It
The product is a good washing machine. It's a bit louder than what we are accustomed to be but does a great job of cleaning. The Best Buy installers were not good.

Very happy with this washer!
We’ve been using the washer for one month and we are very happy with it. I can wash my bedspread, or hand wash delicate items. I can easily add fabric softener without a Downy ball. There are so many washing options, I’m comfortable washing anything in this washer, and knowing that all of my items are both wet and thoroughly clean. Quick wash is actually very quick! I don’t have any negatives to share other than my husband seems to struggle with holding the button a couple seconds to start the cycle, rather than a start button that you press once and it starts.
