This machine is everything you want! Quiet, easy to use and you can control it on your phone. Delivery was terrific, guys were professional and friendly and took care in home & with the appliances. The lack of an agitator prevents any issues with balance and you never have tangled clothes or blankets. Handles all of our needs from daily washes to bedding and rugs with ease.

I’ve done a lot of research about washers and dryers, and wanted something that could take king size comforters, along with other bulky items without going to a laundromat. Most consumer front loaders don’t offer the capacity like a top loader without a agitator. The way it cleans clothes is amazing; at first, it scrubs the hell out them with small amounts of water mixed with the detergent, and gradually adds more water throughout the wash, *do not add too much soap!* add the right amount on the cup or scooper, its very efficient. Also make sure your bulky loads are evenly distributed and the washer secured to the ground or it’ll spin off balance, along with keeping the software up-to-date. Be mindful about delicates, this thing is heavy duty! Aside from the way it washes clothes, my favorite thing about this washer is it’s made in the USA, and comes with a 10 year warranty. I’m sure it’ll last much longer than 10 years because it’s a Maytag, and if something goes wrong, there will be parts available. Another thing that sold me, if you walk into a BestBuy, you’ll see a lot LG, and Samsung returns, but not a Maytag; that says a lot about their quality.

I have owned this washer about a week. it is replacing a 9 year old LG that died My repairman said to not buy another LG (or a Samsung or GE for that matter). I went with Maytag because of it's solid reputation and longevity on the market. I bought this washing machine based solely on online reviews, the fact that it fit in the space I had, and that it was on sale and I could have it within days. First of all this washer is huge. If I was a little shorter, I wouldn't be able to reach my stuff. (I'm 5'5") In hindsight, I probably don't need a machine this size. The door is also huge and hits my cabinet when I open it. And I likely won't use all the features it comes with. My first load was a bunch of towels I had accumulated while waiting for a new washer. I didn't realize it was set on slow spin and that I had to select fast spin, so everything came out soaked and we had to run it again. I've done several loads since, and it is doing a nice job. My second load was two queen size blankets and a queen size sheet. It does seem to vibrate a little more than my LG did. And be aware, the buttons on the control panel are very sensitive!! I accidentally cancelled a cycle while I was cleaning in my laundry room and lightly wiped the control panel.

I’ve had my Maytag washer for almost a month & have become I can truthfully say that I am very satisfied with it. Especially now that I have become familiar with it. I’ve grown to know which settings are best for which loads. I find myself doing a load of clothes every other day which allows me to always be caught up. My clothes are cleaner & fresher than my old front loader & the cycles are faster yet efficient. I love lhe large capacity which allows me to wash a lot of clothes or towels without overloading. So far, I love it!

Maytag Bravos XL MCT washer purchased 2019 lasted until 3/2026. Was hoping to get a few more years out of had issue and repair tech came out and was over $800 to fix so time to buy another one. Needed to purchase ASAP and this was available and I picked up at the local Chicagoland warehouse. Got on sale and hoping this one lasts longer than the Bravos. Heard good and bad about washers and dryers from multiple site. I guess these don't last as long as they used to. This is our 3rd washer since 2001. Going to purchase additional 5 year warranty as well.

Washers are easy to use and haven’t given me an issue. Very easy to navigate and hold a good amount of clothes! Bought these when my whirlpool washer and driver broke down and these saved the day!

So far so good! Clothes are super clean. This washer is so big! Holds everything! No longer need to split my loads.

I can’t reach the bottom of the washer. But it washes more clothes than my last whirlpool washing machine that was 10 years old (then died) that was even deeper. I like the faucet it’s cool. We have a household of 7. We have a Maytag dryer that works great timing wise with the regular washer setting. We’ve had it for less than one month. We have not tried the extra power button, we are too scared.

100% improvement over the Samsung front loader. This load Maytag is huge inside, we can wash a king sized comforter in it. It’s mostly quiet, has a weird sound when it’s agitating but not an unpleasant sound. Controls are easy to use and it has a smart feature that tells me when the washer is done.

I love the size color and simplicity of this washer and dryer duo. My favorite feature is the steam dryer, great to take wrinkles out of clothing, better than ironing. Washer and dryer sold separately, they both fit with in our small laundry closet space. :

Buy with confidence, this is a great machine. It’s very quite compared to our old Maytag Bravos machine that started to get loud. The Maytag app is great too. We got about 700 washes out of our old machine and if we replaced the bearings could have gotten more use out of it. I like Maytag washing machines and dryers as they have been reliable for us. The features, quietness and reliability make this a great machine and oh yeah, 5.3 cubic feet of space is more than enough for any task.

Hands down, the best washer I could ever imagine. This state of the art washer can be controlled from an app on my phone and sends me alerts when it’s finished! My queen size comforter fits easily along with all of my sheets and pillowcases at the same time! Well worth the price, Maytag is the absolute best. Also, my washer was damaged when we opened it, but Best Buy found a replacement the same day. Great customer service!

Absolutely love the washing machine and picked up the matching dryer. Easy to use, the clothes come out nice, clean and almost dry. Wow! Maytag has come a long way. I switched from older model Maytag to this beauty and wish I had done so sooner. Absolutely love, love, love my machine. I have no complaints and would recommend them .

I love this machine. Quiet, cleans like a charm. The Water level selections allow me to control the wash. It’s perfect and it’s pretty. I didn’t plan to get the larger Maytag but I’m oh so glad I did. Folks, it gets the job done!

we purchased this machine because we have several large bed comforters that always needed to go to the cleaners. This machines basket is large enough to handle a california king blanket. Very happy with the purchase. The inner water dispenser helps a lot too. We do not have a sink in our laundry room so this feature has helped us immensely.

This thing washes the absolute dirt out of my clothes. It makes me so unbelievably satisfied with water and soap.

Not fir a short person. Need grabber to reach and take clothes out of washer. Also, bought in November 2022 and service call in September 2023 plastic spinner on bottom of wash tub broke! Imagine a PLASTIC part doing an important job of spinning the tub during rinsing and washing cycles. Ridiculous!!

Our washer failed on a Wednesday. We went on line to get ratings and decided to purchase the Maytag 5.3 washer. Shopped price and Best Buy was the lowest overall cost with delivery, installation and haul away because of our membership. Washer was delivered and installed within 48 hours. Using it for about a month and it has exceeded our expectations. The delivery and installation was flawless. On time.Actually a little early. They were in and out in under 1/2 hour.
