Meg & Dia - Something Real - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

2021 . Over the course of a distinguished career spanning nearly 30 albums, multi-Grammy-winning pianist/singer/composer Eliane Elias' distinctive musical style has emerged as one of the most unique and immediately recognizable sounds in jazz. With over 2.2 million albums sold to date, Elias blends her Brazilian roots and alluring voice with her virtuosic instrumental jazz, classical and compositional skills, while she consistently displays her pianistic mastery and ability to integrate the many artistic roles she takes on.

2023 . Meg Myers is the epitome of divine feminine energy and magic, transforming her sound through deep introspection via spiritual awakening. Through her work, she has built a reputation for creating beyond the limits of typical genres, as is the case with her album, TZIA. From songs such as InchMeInch and InchMy Mirror,Inch she embodies spiritual and musical transcendence.

Originally released in 1969 in a quantity so low that it was once rumored to not even exist (seriously). While groups like The Holy Modal Rounders were turning traditional American folk on it's head in the states throughout the 60s, The Maglory Dengluch's approach took influence from the Scottish and Irish. Armed with banjos, tin whistles, kazoos, and jugs they recorded the now infamous album to tape. Officially released for the first time since the storied 99-copy, 1969 run on the long defunct Granta tag and includes exhaustive new liner notes from the band and a download card with the entire album as well as five bonus tracks recorded during the same session.1.
