Absolutely love this! I’ve been using for a couple weeks now and can feel the difference in my body! So many different things you can do with this too. I added weights etc to my routine and feel more results than other workout equipment I have tried.

This product is integral in daily routine! Cant go a day without using it. From exercise and mobility, relief from walking all day, stress, upset stomach. The benefits are more than what is advertised!

Works great! My entire family from the 4 year old to the 50 year old love it! Works great and the price was nice. Only foreseeable issue would be that it only has a remote and can’t be turned operated by the plate itself.

As someone that uses the gym nearly daily, this vibration plate is essential. I use it in the morning, and before plus after workouts. I use it in the morning & before bed while habit stacking - brushing teeth, doing my hair, wiping off makeup and washing my face. I know it does not shake the fat away, but it does help with bloating. When 84% of fat mass turns into carbon dioxide and leaves when you exhale, the other 16% turns into water and leaves through excretion which the lymphatic and circulator systems work closely together with the excretory system. I love how it makes me feel! Only downside is the plastic top has detached and requires replacement.
