This exercise bike does not come with built‑in preset programs. However, we recommend downloading the Merach app, which offers a wide variety of workout classes and training modes to choose from. You can browse and preview the available content within the app to find the workouts that best suit your fitness goals.

We do not currently offer or partner with any third‑party assembly service. However, we do provide a detailed instruction manual and an assembly video to guide you through the process step by step. Assembly is straightforward and most customers are able to complete it without any issues.

This exercise bike requires 2 AA batteries, and we include 2 AA batteries with the product.
