    I'm sure it's online. Just check the website for the manufacturer. It's probably a pdf file that you can download and keep on your computer, tablet, and phone, or print out.

  • If it's not electrical, how is the speed adjustable? Two AAA batteries are just for the display; it can adjust the resistance but not the speed. Batteries won't last long. Speed is control by the person. False advertise.

    1. Don't know why you would say it's "not electrical," since it says "60W motor" in several places; did you think these were driven by windmills? And would the windmills also operate the LEDs, as well as the remote control? 2. It also is clearly stated (again, in several place), that there are " 12 manual speeds and 12 auto modes."
