"Antenna Adapter for Most 1995-2005 Ford" - triple-check it is really for your Ford before purchasing. In my case it was one of the few it didn't work for. Bestbuy took the return without issue though. Guessing it should work fine, as the same branded antenna adapter for the correct Ford worked without issue.

Unlike their wiring harnesses, these antenna adapters have a real use. Many cars, late model Fords for instance, use a much smaller diameter antenna plug. This adapts them to plug into your new deck. Much needed but a little pricey for what it is though.

This was not needed in a 2005 Ford Mustang connecting to a Kenwood receiver. It seems to be very well made. I will be retuning it because it wasn't needed in my application.
