This somehow ended up being the correct cable for a 2011 Ford Focus SE (the Ford labeled ones were not, *shrug* go figure!). Radio reception is just as good on the new stereo, installation of this adapter between the antenna & new deck was easy. Plugged in snug both sides, no worries about it getting loose over time.

The things they have these days to make installation of stereos and receivers an easy job is fantastic. Just plug this adapter to the existing antannae cable and into the receiver is all you need to do. And I have never had any trouble with not getting a signal. This thing works great.

It fit the unique antenna cable in my car, allowing me to connect it to my aftermarket head unit. I taped the connection with Super 33+ electrical tape to make sure it doesn’t come apart from road vibrations. So far, so good!
