    Boxed Product

    Overall a negative experience. Bought a radio with a free install through Best Buy in November 2021. It is now February 2022 and they are telling me the earliest option will be in March. I understand that they don’t have enough workers for radio installations but that doesn’t make the situation any less frustrating. I would love to talk about the quality of the product I bought last year but it is still sitting in the box waiting to be put in my wife’s car. The dash kit specifically got sold to another customer after they rescheduled us the second time and this is the reorder of a product that was going to be put in January 7th. Overall just a negative experience from Best Buy all together but I’m sure the dash kit works fine.

    Doesnt fit

    I bought this for my 2019 Highlander install with a pioneer w3050nex a huge gap around the radio. I wish i could of return it even the technician wasnt happy with it

    Not exact fit

    This item is not exact fit for Toyota highlander 2017 model. There is gap between. So I returned the product.

    Fits very well

    I bought this along with a Sony car radio to install in my wife’s 2019 Toyota Highlander. Works and fits very well.
