I purchased the Sony 6.95 Android Auto and added the rear camera. Good investment.

If you have or are considering buying a CarPlay device to upgrade your radio/GPS capabilities, I strongly recommend you consider this extra option of a back up camera for your vehicle! I was not totally sold on the need for this device, but was given pros and cons by my Best Buy tech, and decided to complete my CarPlay Package with this camera. It automatically shifts your cars display when you put your vehicle in reverse and it is truly an amazing display. It has been helpful in my judging available back up distances I can go in reverse safely, but also gives accurate spacing when determining width in back up spaces! I put this together with my Kenwood DMX 7709S and it works terrific with my complete car upgrade that I have recently done. If you have an older vehicle(like my 2009 Honda) I recommend you consider adding this to your installation package, which Best Buy does a super job doing when you order the CarPlay installation service! Best Buy overall did a and outstanding job wiring the back up camera in addition to my CarPlay system, and I am very pleased with my cars upgrade!

No lights of its owe. Picture is not great at night. Right now it is completely malfunctioning a d does not turn off while driving. Best buy techs installed. They will be removing and installing a camera that I purchased somewhere else.

This camera is pretty good for a $80 camera. It lets you add back-up camera functionality to even older cars. The picture quality is decent. It's obviously not going to be as good as a factory one but those don't cost $80 either. There is no night vision built in so it's dark at night. However, with headlights and backup lights on, there is enough light (at least on my car) to see so you don't hit anything. Overall, this was good for the price. Not sure about reliability so only time will tell.
