Im genuinely impressed with my new microsoft surface pro. From the moment I turned it on, it felt fast, smoth and thoughtfully designed. the screen is crisp and vibrant, making everything from streaming videos to reading and working easy on the eyes. the design is sleek and lightweight making is easy to carry around and comfortable to use for long periods. The battery life has been solid, lasting much longer than expected. overall, the device is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable, high wuality device that balances performance, portability and ease of use. I am more than happy with this purchase and wound absolutely recommend it.

I’ve been using this laptop for over a month now, and I’m beyond impressed by its performance, sleek design, and functionality. I had some (a lot) of problems with defective units. I purchased the first unit from Microsoft and it ran very hot with about 5 hour battery life, so I returned it. Since all the reviews were so good, I decided that it was a one time thing and purchased my second from Best Buy. Unfortunately, this one failed too. One of the USB Ports failed. Best Buy exchanged it with another without any problem. The Flex Keyboard also failed and I was ready to give up, but Best Buy exchanged it for a new one also without any hassles. --Except for the travel time :( This time though, I got what I expected and it was worth it. I get 10-11 hours battery time, which is twice what my Surface Pro 8 got, and it's about 3 times faster. It runs everything I throw at it with a few minor problems. The screen gorgeous. I purchased this with a 512GB drive and upgraded it to 2TB. In short, I love the machine, I love the Flex keyboard, especially the haptic touch pad. I can't think of anything I don't like about the Surface Pro 11. O yeah, I also upgraded Windows 11 home to pro, -- another good investment.

It’s a great product from Microsoft as the Laptop works amazing and it’s a great deal for the price which we are paying to use this product. The Oled display is the best thing which has better performance than any other displays. Also it has a great processor which used for multi tasking and gaming. Mainly the battery is on the money. Really a great and worthwhile option as compared to many other laptops in the market. Finally the most popular thing I like is its convertible into a tablet as well. Easy carry and less weight.

I’ve only owned my surface pro for about a month and it is genuinely a game changer. It can do so many things as far as business strategies and full-time work flow tasks. I’m a full-time student and I also have a full-time job. My laptop is a bit old but it still works very well. As a full time student, I wanted something that could give the same power and capabilities as my laptop gave me for school; I went purchased the top surface pro model. This thing is gorgeous and it is very appealing to the eye. I get compliments for it all the time and it is so convenient to carry around all day across campus. I will suggest the best thing you can do is get a screen protector and the surface pro keyboard. It’s a game changer and it will not disappoint. This is also my very first tablet that I ever owned.

I bought the Surface for college work after one of my good friends recommended it to me, and I LOVE it. I'm a literature student and work in fiction editing. The tablet option is GREAT for working through readings while in a comfortable couch or bed, or even at a desk where I can slide my keyboard back to keep from commenting until I'm fully done with the piece. Battery life is perfect for getting me through an entire day of classes (9:30 am - 6 pm) without having to bring my charger to campus. On top of that, it feels like the laptop has wonderful pixel quality, making the screen feel HD. I'm so lucky to have gotten the latest model for a bit of a discount, combined with my Best Buy gift card. This device is wonderfully priced. I take off one star (really more like 4.5 stars) for the small issues I've had keeping both the keyboard and screen cleaner. Tiny smudges bother me on the screen, but a cloth made for cleaning glasses usually does the trick. The keyboard, like all keyboards, catches crumbs easily, and the smaller size makes it harder to clean out. As for the platinum finish, be wary of visible scrapes. I'm assuming there are cases for the Surface, but for now, I have no case, and my keys have ended up on the wrong side of the tablet and left a few little scratches. I really wish that 4.5 stars were an option on Best Buy because I love my Surface, and don't think my small problems make me love it less.(P.S. the unboxing was so satisfying!)

So far this has been a great computer for what I need it for. I use it for multiple editing programs, website design, and work purposes. It’s fast, portable, and has tons of accessories. The processor and the resolution is wonderful. I highly recommend this to any professional.

I recently upgraded from my old surface pro to this one since my old one won't run windows 11. I really like the new feature of putting the pen in the keyboard, it is a better storing place than magnetized to the side like my old one. I also like the new OLED screen. The display is beautiful. I also really like the front camera on the surface, when I'm on video calls I like that it will zoom in or out to focus on me where I am. The battery life is pretty decent, it lasts me about 7 or 8 hours if it's fully charged. I have only played with the new pen slightly but so far I like how it writes and draws.

Exceptional laptop computer. Microsoft has gotten this right. Ease of use, responsive and light weight. Great for daily use at home or on the road. I would highly recommend this computer for those thinking of purchasing a new laptop system.

You can see the WHOLE home office setting in the photos. My previous laptop felt short on the stand, but the surface feels closer and taller because it "stands up". I do a whole lot of video conferencing and presentencing, and I travel so much which is why I needed something so portable. I put it under an iPad pro for comparison. I don't do anything extra; just normal everyday work, I keep it on almost all day and I keep it connected to a larger screen about half the time. I had Macs for about 10 years and I dreaded the switch; but honestly it's been okay. I don't miss the lack of screen flexibility and I love the touch screen! I still use the iPad for presenting and watching shows. PROs: It's super convenient to transport, super light, surprisingly scratch resistant (i do not have a screen protector), fits super well in almost any bag, the screen resolution is FANTASTIC ~ i think there's a more expensive one with a better screen... no need y'all MEDs: Battery life runs FAST when video conferencing, it kinda glitches when I connect and disconnect the keyboard (I need to reconnect it's own keyboard to make it work at times), it can be hard to work with when sitting down because the back piece is the only thing holding the screen up. CONs: It has glitched on me and blacked out mid google-meet. I close out all the tabs and restart it but it still does it. This one took the 5th star away. The power cord gave out on me yesterday... extra super PRO: Microsoft has it's own warranty and you can register your device. They are sending me a new cord :) and I don't need to go through BB for it

I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro 11 13-inch from Best Buy with the Snapdragon X Plus processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage, and honestly it has exceeded my expectations. The performance is extremely smooth for everyday use, multitasking, streaming, studying, and even running multiple applications at once without lag. The 16GB RAM makes a huge difference because everything feels fast and responsive. The display is beautiful and very sharp, and the overall design feels premium and lightweight. It’s easy to carry around for school, work, or travel without feeling bulky. Battery life has also been really impressive compared to older laptops I’ve used. I was also surprised by how quiet and cool the device stays while running. Apps open quickly, browsing is smooth, and overall the Surface Pro feels very optimized. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and the touchscreen adds a really nice experience. Buying through Best Buy was also a great experience. The product arrived in excellent condition, setup was simple, and everything worked perfectly out of the box. Overall, this is an excellent 2-in-1 laptop/tablet for students, professionals, or anyone who wants a fast and portable device with premium build quality. Definitely worth the purchase.

So far, so good. If you are not on a budget then it’s a nice 2-in-1 to have. You can code, watch, take notes, and draw on it. I don’t think you can really play games on it since it doesn’t have a powerful GPU. The battery life is good, the performance seems average. The display is beautiful but it’s a bit too reflective like a mirror. I’m not sure about durability since I’ve only had it for nearly 2 months. I do think it’s a bit expensive especially if you want to have a keyboard and pen (I mean who wouldn’t want a keyboard for their laptop). That being said, I love the wireless pro keyboard even though it’s expensive. I can have my laptop off to the side or in front of me and type… and vice versa with the laptop and keyboard. Sometimes I use OneNote for note taking with the pen. The stand is good for landscape mode but not portrait (I wish it was somehow for when I want to lay the laptop on its side when I lay in bed haha).

Okay — so this is an overall great laptop but it could be better in my opinion. I bought it because it was the perfect mix of an iPad & MacBook — PC version of course. Even though that’s somewhat true, multi-tasking isn’t the best thing in the world. On my MacBook, I could easily have 4 tabs open & it would look smooth & manageable. On this, it just looks awkward if I have more than two different screens together (two explorer or chrome pages side to side). I also didn’t enjoy the one note writing experience. As someone that came from an iPad, and a visual learner, it’s not as easy to copy & paste images into your notes. However, I do love typing on this thing it’s so smooth and quick & I get a rush from the keys. The touchpad however I’m not the biggest fan. I’m developing carpal tunnel it feels like because it’s just not sustainable (never had this issue with Mac). I also wish this surface pro wasn’t so flimsy with the cover. If you aren’t connecting it to a projector or screen, you will shorten your chest muscles while you’re hunching over all the time. (Happened to me, needed intense stretching as a full time student to relieve the stiffness and pain). Overall, I think it’s a very good idea. I always brag about this laptop to my friends, but behind closed doors I wish I just stayed with my Mac and iPad. Bestbuy if you’re reading this — please consider me for the $400 gift card. I’d easily trade this in or buy a MacBook in place. Just saying, I’d be beyond thankful. Last note, if you aren’t going to use this laptop all the time, then I’d say it’s a good purchase. It’s just something is missing for me. Maybe because I’ve always used Mac throughout college? Or because I’m an indecisive Gemini that likes a variety of technology? Who knows. Hope this helps haha.

Wonderful machine. Originally I had an Ipad Pro for drawing on but I just never fully took to the device. Traded it in for credit toward this Surface Pro, love it. Great battery life and snappy. I don't use any of the AI functions and I'm glad it doesn't force me to either.
