Customer Ratings & Reviews

It's reliable and comfortable. The keys are responsive and quiet, making it great for both typing and everyday work. Setup is easy, and it feels durable enough for long-term use. Overall, a solid keyboard for daily productivity. However, it picks up dirt like a magnet even when you dont really move it around alot.

This is a decent keyboard cover for my Surface. Microsoft really should either include these with each Surface tablet as a standard or chop the price, but since they don't, I chose to go with a refurbished one. The price was decent for an excellent open-box quality, and I saved quite a bit of money for a device that looks and runs like it wasn't ever touched after opening. The keyboard is a perfect fit for my 13" Surface Pro Copilot+. It attaches magnetically to the bottom side edge of the Surface with a satisfying snap that lets you know the power connectors are in contact. When in use, lights under the keys will activate. It's fairly sturdy for something so thin; though it won't feel quite the same as a traditional laptop keyboard or separate USB/Bluetooth keyboard, they keys don't feel flimsy at all. When not in use, the keyboard folds over the Surface's screen to offer some protection when traveling. There's a slot for a Surface Slim Pen which, honestly, I don't get to use as I still have a 4th gen Surface Pen that works great, but if that ever breaks down I know I'll have a convenient place to store an upgrade in the future. One thing I like in particular about this is that it provides a quick power option for my Surface. I have my power settings adjusted where, if I just want my device to sleep, I flip the keyboard cover up, but if I want it to hibernate, I press the power button on the Surface itself. I know that's kind of a small deal, but it's a pretty convenient alternative to selecting a power mode from the start menu.

This Microsoft Surface Pro Keyboard is a fantastic accessory that truly elevates the Surface Pro experience, making it function like a high-end laptop. Design and Feel: The keyboard features a sleek, compact design and is covered in a luxurious Alcantara material, which feels soft to the touch and looks great. It attaches magnetically and adjusts to virtually any angle. Typing Experience: It offers an exceptional typing experience with a full mechanical key set, optimal key spacing, and backlit keys, allowing for fast, fluid, and accurate typing. Trackpad and Pen Storage: The large glass touchpad provides precise control and navigation. A key feature is the integrated pen storage slot, which securely stores and recharges the Surface Slim Pen 2 (if purchased in a bundle), adding great versatility. Compatibility: It is compatible with the Surface Pro 8, Surface Pro 9, and Surface Pro (11th Edition). Overall, this is a high-quality, well-designed keyboard that is a worthwhile investment for any compatible Surface Pro owner looking for a premium and functional typing solution.

Bought this type cover as a "open box" item and it has been perfect. No complaints at all & the price was great too. This is my second Surface Pro that I've owned, the only reason I upgraded was because my 5th edition wasn't going to get anymore updates or I would've kept using it. LOL!

I purchased the Microsoft Surface Pro keyboard when purchasing my new laptop. Durable and comfortable to easy to use either at home or on the road.

Works like a charm and I like that it is ridged enough to set up on my lap while sitting on the couch. They keys are crisp and the mouse pad works great.

Best Buy is the Best place to Buy electronics. Needed a new keyboard fot the surface, and the took care of me. Love the service and the products.

The dang thing is just too expensive , but still one of the cheapest options on the surface ecosystem for the newer ARM surface pro

I’m really impressed with this Microsoft Surface Pro Keyboard. It feels premium, types smoothly, and attaches securely to my device. The keys are responsive and comfortable, making it great for both work and everyday use. The built-in pen storage is a thoughtful bonus that keeps everything organized. Overall, a high-quality accessory that really enhances the Surface experience!

The keyboard types well, it's light, easy to connect and disconnect, and I like the color gradient that it comes with.

Works well as a keyboard and fits perfectly on your tablet during travel. Adds screen protection to the Surface Pro during transport, Stays securely attached. When I use my tablet in my 'office' I have a stand and this keyboard folds away if I want to use a plug in keyboard with a different feel. but this works well. When I travel, this is perfect for packing my tablet away, providing a secuire cover to its screen and avoiding damage or scratches, but works as a good keyboard.

Very affordable price, works very well smooth typing of our performance excellent superior connectivity with the PC and easy portability when on the move

Honestly, this keyboard makes the Surface Pro feel like a real laptop. Typing is comfortable, the trackpad works great, and I like being able to snap it off when I want to use the tablet. Super convenient, lightweight, and well-built. I wish it was cheaper, but no regrets.

Must have for your surface pro with pen. I got this for a surface 11 edition. I love the blue color. Definitely blue but also unique. I would wait for a bit of a deal and pull the trigger on this if you are looking. No complaints at all. I don't feel there's really anything lacking in my typing experience and build quality is good. Also, there's not many other options if you want to actually use your Surface Pro like a laptop.

Looking for a replacement Keyboard for my surface Pro 7 that is light, lit up and didn't cost over $100. This one has multiple color options with small (easy to see) indicator lights and well-built for a very reasonable cost. May get another for my older surface Pro.

Using it now, this is a lot better than my old keyboard. I've used a surface pro since 2014 from the first one to the latest one, upgrading at least every 3 years or less. Would highly recommend this blue color. It also doesn't attract dust or stains easily.

I know that this isn't the blue tooth keyboard that most of the tech you-tubers talk about, but I am absolutely in love with this keyboard. Many people complain about the alcantara area where your palms rest, but I personally really like that it's soft and easy to rest my palms on it. If you type on home row, you understand, I also know there are zero decent alternatives to a microsoft brand type-cover, they all have to be charged. This just attaches and works. It's backlit, it controls the mechanics it needs to and it feels great on both sides.

Keyboard is easy to attach to my Microsoft Surface, keys perform without hesitation and vey responsive mouse pad

No configuration required, just plug and play. Excellent build quality.

I got the keyboard to use the Surface Pro like a laptop - love it. Pen holder is great - though I discovered my pen is magnetic and sticks to the laptop.
