A great choice for students who need more graphics and computation power for their workflow. This laptop is a beast for video editing in Davinci Resolve 19 Studio, particularly with Fusion compositions. It's not enough to do full res real time render/playback for complex 4k effects, but a little but of proxies and dimmed playback resolution never hurt anyone. I'm super satisfied with the build quality on this machine- I feel like I can use it for my business management, video editing, and schoolwork, all around my Macbook friends with getting no ridicule and lots of praise. With previous generations like the 2021 M16, I felt like that was a 5 inch thick brick I had to carry around in my bag. This thing is thinner than an M1 Max and fits perfectly for those of us who prefer the Windows workflow and a bit of light gaming. Speaking of gaming, this this is a beast. I don't use it often for that purpose, but every once and a while when I do, it does not disappoint. I'd buy this laptop again in a heartbeat.

I love the lap top. I’m not a huge gamer I play things like Witcher, ac shadows , spider man ext. graphics are amazing! The fan can be loud but you can turn it to quiet mode . It’s expected when playing big games! Love I can take it with me anywhere. There’s not been a game I haven’t been able to find and get.

The Legion Pro 5080 is amazing when it comes to gaming and Performance. I am able to get 200+ fps in COD and Apex Legends in balanced mode. Oled Screen is nice to look at. I had a Legion Pro 4080 before I upgraded and this new Legion pro 5080 GPU run 10 degrees cooler. I wish they added facial recognition or finger print sign in for how much we pay this premium laptop. Not a deal breaker for me. If you prioritize gaming and Performance and a nice oled panel this is a solid choice.

Got this Xbox Game Pass Ultimate thing free when I bought my new PC. Wasn’t expecting much, but it's actually pretty awesome. There’s a ton of games to choose from, which is great when you can't decide what to play. Love that they add new games all the time. Got to try out Starfield on day one, which was cool. Also, being a fan of EA games, the EA Play access is a huge bonus. Played some Battlefield and a bit of STAR WARS. The in-game perks and discounts are decent, saved a few bucks on game add-ons. The best part is Xbox Live Gold being included. Playing online with friends is smooth and haven’t had any issues. Tried cloud gaming on my phone, and it works okay, not perfect but still neat. One thing though, it’s just a one-month trial and only for new subscribers. Gotta cancel it before it auto-renews. But for a free add-on with my PC, it’s been a great experience. Would recommend trying it out if you get the chance.

So far theirs no lag, no overheating issues. Comes with a great quality keyboard and mouse. Set-up if fairly easy and quick. Plugs are self explanatory. Purchased an Alienware Aurora 16 & received an Xbox Game Pass code. You’re required to put down a credit card for this to work. Not necessarily “free” if you forget to cancel this redemption. I received access to the newest plan, which is the ultimate tier. I was geeked to see Hogwarts Legacy being offered to pass holders. There’s so many ways to play, locally install or you can stream on the cloud with console versions through the app. I’d say this is for you to purchase even after the trial if you really like Microsoft/xbox exclusives. I will not be extending my trial.

This Xbox game pass was was awesome, you can play games on the game cloud which I always choose to play so I don't have to download them (my choice).
