Let's start with the system. Exact game play as the tech is almost 50 years old. I wouldn't expect any less than a true redition. Having a joystick and big buttons compared to the modern pinky nail sized ones. So from the arcade experience, this system is absolutely nostalgic! The bad isn't related to the system but the condition it was advertised to be. Open box in excellent condition, well pictures tell the story. This was a previously assembled and disassembled and returned. All the original foam packing and protective stuff was replaced with bubble wrap and blue masking tape. Fortunately all the hardware was there albeit mixed in retaped baggies. There was also a dent in the metal shield behind the screen. Fortunately no problems with it. I was dreading having to trying to return this unit. I was able to repair the broken parts using some screws and washers but should l had to for paying what I did? In all, worth the price if it was as advertised definitely subtract value for damaged parts.

Great build quality, has a lot of my favorite games on it. The games play well and it does not feel cheap, it also makes a great kitchen table.

This arcade up machine was very easy to put together. You just need a screw drive.

So far so good, I just got it together. The packaging was good and no issues. After playing, I wish when you just play 1 player that it wasnt split screen.

I have this machine for a nonth now. Took a few hours to set up. Interface is easy to use and screen is bright. Sound is acceptable. Very happy with the price I paid and seems sturdier than the regular arcade 1up cabinets, which don't fit in well with my full size arcades decor wise.

Own 1 myself and just bought this one for a friend for Christmas...very nostalgic...feels like i am back at pizza hut when i was a kid again

Love this arcade cocktail table from arcade1up. It's awesome!! & has a great selection of games. Love that the bottom of it has adjustable height on all four sides & is very easy to put together. If you're thinking about getting it then just get it! It's an awesome way to get a cocktail cabinet for your home.

Easy to assemble. My grandkids love it. Directions were clear.

This was an early xmas present from my wife. It was ordered new. It showed up in a box that appeared to be an open box return (lots of extra tape on the outside, etc.). I opened it up and was initially happy because all of the wood and laminate looked great. Then noticed there were no screws, no dowels, no knobs for the controllers, and no feet for the bottom. I made contact with Best Buy on online chat and was offered two options. Either bring it back to a local store for a return (nearest Best Buy is an hour plus away and this thing weighs seventy pounds) or get an online mailing label, haul it to the nearest UPS store, and have them ship it back (nearest UPS facility half hour plus away, and both times I'm loading and unloading a seventy pound package). I had to get royally horked off (with an online chat agent who at first I couldn't tell whether she was a bot or not). I was given a third option of Best Buy bringing one of their trucks to pick up this thing. Not happy with Best Buy lately. First they stop selling DVD's/Blu Ray multimedia, now they send me stuff that's missing parts. Will have to think long and hard before I buy something else.

Fantastic unit! Could be a little louder and the screen could be a little larger but honestly, my family loves it - was a great Xmas present :)
