honestly, one of the best machines i've ever owned. i've owned delonghis, saecos, and now this miele and a jura. i personally think this pulls a better shot than the jura. and the jura is good. this machine is a little bit more automatic than the jura e6. just select the drink, it will take care of the milk frothing without the need for you to turn a dial. also, the cleaning is so much better. it will rinse the milk frothing unit by sorting hot water/ steam through it. no chems needed. it's awesome
