I’m very disappointed with Best Buy and Milele. I had heard Miele products are of a higher quality and have a better maintenance reputation so I was willing to pay significantly more than any other washing machine. I had thought Best Buy had good customer service behind their products and all the above turned out untrue. My washing machine leaked a significant amount of water out of the front door twice the first few times of using it. I contacted Best Buy to find out how they could switch out my machine for one that wasn’t malfunctioning and they told me they could not help me that the machine was old enough that I needed to contact the manufacturer and they did not cover the product since I had it in my possession for a month. I explained I had only been using it for two weeks, because it took time to get someone to come and install it. It didn’t matter to Best Buy. A few weeks later and I’m still unable to get an appointment scheduled for the one maintenance company Miele says can repair my washing machine. We have been a loyal Best Buy customer for 20+ years. We have bought multiple TVs, stereo systems, phone accessories, computers, Sonos system, and more. And Best Buy basically dismissed me on the phone with a product that was brand new. They said if I had bought their extended warranty, they could help me. Why do I need an extended warranty for a brand new product. What has happened to Best Buy‘s customer service?

I absolutely love this washer! It’s so quiet, sleek, and beautifully built — you can feel the quality every time you use it. The TwinDos system is brilliant; my clothes come out fresh and perfectly clean without overusing detergent. The IntenseWash option is quick but still super thorough. It’s definitely a splurge, but it makes everyday laundry feel like a little luxury.
