About this product
MIGUEL / CAOS - The arc and accolades of his first four albums established Miguel as a rare force a global pioneer whose sound and vision defied labels. And now he's back with a story to tell, of the violence and beauty that occurs within the self, during internal change. Miguel continues to chart a course that is personal, uncompromising and politically resonant, as the project acts as a tender mirror confronting the dysfunctional power structures that persist in plain sight, CAOS builds on that foundation with the conviction that rebuilding requires destruction, transmuting years of grief, desire, love, and identity into a vulnerable, uncompromising tour de force. At the conclusion of the twelve-track project, Miguel is affirmed in his understanding that it's only through CAOS, that he can emerge with his clearest vision yet.

Miguel's breakout debut album, All I Want Is You, makes it's long-awaited vinyl debut, pressed on bold red opaque vinyl. Featuring R&B staples like InchSure ThingInch, InchAll I Want Is YouInch, InchGirl With A Tattoo Enter. Lewd,Inch and more. Pressed on opaque red vinyl.
O'Rourke's process - sourcing resonant sounds to enmesh together into a music that supersedes their resident parts - makes a fitting soundtrack for Kyle Armstrong's Inchprairie gothicInch tale of down-on-the-farm horror way up north in Canada. His minimalist score inhabits the wide open, big sky landscape, flowing into suddenly-deep (and opaque) emotional waters, then panning out to a chilly omniscient remove. RIYL Ambient, new age, all mod comp 1. Go Spend Some Time With Your Kids 2. Wasn't There Last Night 3. He's Only Got One Oar in the Water 4. That's Not How the World Works 5. A Man's Mind Will Play Tricks On Him 6. Here is Where I Seem to Be / 7. The Good Lord Doesn't 8. Need Paperwork 9. You Have No Idea What I Want 10. One Way or Another I'm Gone
