Honing their studio skills and coining the phrase Dubhop, Supremely dedicated committed artists Matt James, Aaron Grain and Dan Sorce, FNDMNTL's debut , 'Subduction', arouses a fresh feel of deep-dub-downtempo-soul, acid jazz and hip-hop. Paying close attention to detail Subduction is like a mix-tape moving continuously, seemingly without break. The mind participates and the head nods subconsciously. 'Subduction' suits both intimate situations and intensive listening - provoking conversation. Reciprocated by the seducing cover art work by acclaimed artist George Vergette, this CD is one that will be on your MOST PLAYED list. FNDMNTL has been featured on CBS, The L Word, Godiva's, TBS, Showtime, Showcase. FNDMNTL produces with guitar, percussion, programming, bass, turntables, and samplers. They bring forth their own brand of instrumental music; encompassing beefy instruments, fat filled bass lines, sharp traps, and sugary sprinkles of tasty programming.
