    • Standardized Video Resolution: 4K (2160p) (An approximated measurement of the product’s video resolution. This may not be the exact resolution of the product, which may be slightly more or less when using a pixel-by-pixel measurement.)
  • General
    • Brand: Minolta
    • Model Number: MNB10Z-BK-N
    • Product Name: MNB10Z 64.0 Megapixel 4K Bridge Camera with 10x Optical Zoom Lens
    • Color: Black
    • Camera Model Family: Minolta MNB10Z
    • Digital Camera Type: Point and Shoot Cameras
  • Imaging
    • Image Sensor Type: CMOS (CCD and CMOS are the two main technologies used in image sensors. CCD, the older of the two types, turns analog light signals into digital pixels. This conversion happens without distortion, resulting in high-quality images. Newer CMOS sensors use transistors at each pixel to move electrical charges. CMOS sensors are typically less expensive, but also require more light to create distortion-free images.)
    • Image Sensor Size: 1/2.3" (6.17 x 4.55mm)
    • Total Pixels: 64 megapixels (Generally, the more pixels, the higher the image resolution and the finer the detail that can be seen.)
    • Image Resolution (Display): 64.0 Megapixels (Refers to the number of pixels, both horizontally and vertically, used to either capture an image or display it. The higher the resolution the finer the image details.)
    • Zoom Capability: true (This function allows for magnification of the subject.)
    • Digital Zoom: 2.2x (A digital zoom is accomplished electronically, with no adjustment of the camera's optics, and no optical resolution gained in the process. The existing data is not enhanced or added to, merely displayed at a lower resolution, thereby giving an illusion of an enlarged image.)
    • Optical Zoom: 10x (The optical zoom uses a combination of lenses that magnify the image prior to it being registered at high resolution by the imaging sensor.)
    • In-Camera Image Stabilization: true (This feature helps reduce image blurring from camera motion. In-camera stabilization means the image sensor itself moves to counteract detected motion.)
    • Low Light/High Sensitivity: true (High sensitivity digital imaging devices are designed to work in low light conditions to produce a high dynamic range image.)
    • Image File Format(s): JPEG, MP4 (Standardized software format(s) of storing digital images. The type of format chosen for capturing and compressing the image can determine quality, level of detail, and storage space required.)
  • Focus
    • Autofocus: true (Allows the camera to automatically focus through the lens, rather than by adjusting the lens manually.)
    • Eye Autofocus (Eye AF): false (Automatically seeks out and focuses on the subject's eye and holds it as the camera and subject move and as the photographer shoots at high frame rates.)
    • Number of Autofocus Points (Up To): 3
  • Exposure Control
    • Shutter Speeds: 1/2000 ~ 30 seconds (The length of time the shutter remains open when the shutter release is activated, expressed in fractions of seconds. The longer the shutter is open, the more light that is able to be captured by the camera sensor.)
    • Brightness Control: true (Allows the camera to adjust the brightness of a captured image for optimal exposure.)
    • Burst Mode: true (Also referred to as continuous shooting. This feature captures multiple shots in rapid succession.)

    • Self-Timer Delay: 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds
    • Effective Pixels: 64 megapixels (The actual number of pixels which make up the viewable image.)
  • Flash

    • Screen Size: 3 inches (Size of the screen, measured diagonally from corner to corner.)
    • Viewfinder Type: Electronic (A viewfinder is the part of a camera (or attachment) that allows you to see and focus a scene in frame. Optical viewfinders let you view the scene directly through the lens. Electronic viewfinders display the image on a screen in its approximate final form.)
    • Varying Angle Screen: true (The camera's screen can be flipped out and adjusted to rotate, tilt, and/or swivel.)
  • Video

Not bad for a cheaper camera!

Not bad for a cheap beginner camera! This camera isn’t as sharp as some higher end cameras, but it still takes good photos especially in the dark or in the evening. It’s pretty cheap so you get what you pay for, but the pictures are still good. There’s lots of different settings that allow you to capture different looking pictures, such as filters, slow and fast flash modes, manual mode and more. I took this to the beach and a rave, and me and my boyfriend had a great time taking pictures in the evening!

    Picture Quality TBD

I have not seen images taken with the Mode Dial set at P yet so I will not rate the camera on performance. I did take a few pictures with the Mode at the setting on which it was delivered, and the images were awful. The camera costs about half what I’d paid for the Canon super zoom that died, which had features I never used, yet it does have the swivel screen, which is indispensable for taking pictures over the heads of crowds. It’s light and compact. An unresolved question is the memory card. Mine didn’t come with one, which matches the answer when I asked Google. In the specs on some websites it states that it does come with a 32GB card. For the price though, a $30 128GB card makes it still a bargain. I’ll update this review when I have more experience with images.
