Just a scale

Would not hook up to WiFi. We called and they told us to call our provider and have a separate WiFi made. They were going to charge us more for two separate WiFi’s just for a scale!!! So needless to say we can only use it as a scale.

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the MOBI Smart WiFi Digital Health Scale. This device is only 2.4GHz compatible. When you have a dual-band router that is both 2.4G and 5G or more, we recommend splitting the router. This is the only way to prevent the incompatible network(s) from emitting charge over the compatible network which as a result prevents the device from making the connection to the network it needs. To split the router, you must have your network(s) "uniquely" named and assigned with their own password which should be "uniquely" different as well. Once this is done, you will find that the device can solidify a connection to the network that it needs and you will then be able to track your results and control your device with the MOBI App.
