I’ve had a number of automatic wine openers through the years and this Modal is the best built, most powerful and well designed unit yet.

This save you a lot of trouble. One of the best thing I could've purchase. Now the cork just pop off.

Ok, I was very skeptical before I purchased this wine opener, been think about one for a long time. I know there are wine bottles with screw on caps, but then, my better wines still use corks. So, I thought I'd give it a try, I could always return it, right? Well, I bought it, used it and love it! Had I known, I would have bought this years ago! The only negative is that it takes up some space on the kitchen counter, but the sleek look makes up for it. I won't whine about that, just drink more wine.

Unless some other wine opener by Modal, this particular model is fully automatic - There's no "Up" and "Down" buttons to push. After charging it, you put it on top of the wine cork. The pressure on the corkscrew turns the device on, and it automatically screw in and pull out the cork. When using it, you just have to make sure you use one hand to stabilize the wine bottle, and the other hand to apply enough pressure downward on the wine opener, for it to work properly. Took me 2-3 tries to get things right.

Never thought I'd get into the electric wine opener, but now I see why they're great. This one in particular I charged once and put the cord away and didn't have to charge for a month and a half. No longer do you have to look for your wine opener and struggle with the bottle as you twist off the cork. This one just sits on the bottle as you hold it and it gets the job done rather quick. The piece that helps get rid of the wrapping is so easy to use. Love it and great price.

Recently purchased to replace broken corkscrews, I'm a little surprised this electric corkscrew seems to work easily and with few problems. Keeping the unit well aligned prevents angled entry into the cork, but even then it is apt to remove a cork. Unlike some poor corkscrews, the screw itself seems to enter the cork very smoothly. I have yet to learn how many corks if will remove before it needs a recharge, although it's possible to leave it continuously recharging.

I have used it a few times and found that it is a very useful wine opener; and does not go wrong. I just place it on top of the bottle and hold it; and it removes the cork very efficiently. I would suggest that every home where there is wine bottle should have it! It is a nice looking opener, so it can stay in open. I am deeply impressed by its efficiency.

This "corkscrew" has so far been near perfect. It takes a little longer than my previous rechargeable wine opener, but it has the added feature of ejecting the cork when the removal is done. It charges easily and runs quite a while on one charge. My previous experience with rechargeables has not been very good, so we'll see how well this one holds up. But so far, it's going strong.

Very easy to use. I had one of these many years ago and it was a little clumsy as you had to press two different buttons to extract the cork. Here, you set it on top of the cork and push down. It does the rest for you. I am not lazy or drink tons of wine, haha, but it looks nice sitting on top of my wine bar and friends think its cool!

Excellent Wine Opener That Opens Wines With An Ease! Definitely easy to use, just place it on top of any bottle and hold the bottle and watch it do it’s job! Definitely convenient to not do it manually anymore. And it looks beautiful on any kitchen counter. Definitely a must needed item to have in your kitchen! Highly Recommended!

My sister and aunt love to drink wine and we always have troubles with getting the cork out of the possible so this device is very helpful for myself and family.

I bought it as a gift for my niece. She loves how easily it opens her wine. Her mom and aunt saw it and just had to have one too. Both love theirs. Great wine opener and perfect for gift giving.

Really cool, when it works it's incredibly simple to use. But I've had an issue at times with it not going down straight. The good thing is it will back itself out and recover. I think it depends a lot on the shape of the bottle and the cork. Overall I still like it though

This Modal Automatic Wine Opener gets the job done. It's easy to use once you get the hang of it. I do have to press on it but it works great. On a side note, I do wish BEST BUY would give me my BEST BUY REWARDS POINTS. Not the business!

Just what I needed. On nights when we have a gathering and it takes forever to find a bottle opener, this is ideal as it can take occupancy on your countertop without looking disorderly. Super purchase as I got it on sale!!

Coolest wine opener I’ve seen so I had to have it. Works and looks great. It’s a nice accessory to my kitchen and people think it looks so cool and stylish. Charge holds well and gets the job done right the first time.

We replaced a similar Modal wine opener that lasted about 2-3 years. In comparison, we like how this one automatically pulls the cork without a button. Though, there are some concerns with longevity, but so far so good.

I replace a wine enthusiast opener that lasted over 3 years. This one is better because it automatically goes into the bottle and comes out , very nice feature. I've used for 6 months now and really like it.
