A: I have the same issue it will not charge.
A: There is a English version, I almost missed it. It's there.
Q: How long do it have to charge before using it
A: Says 16 hours but mine never charged enough to use it. Returned it.
Q: A piece of broken cork is stuck in the opener. Any suggestions on how to get it out.
A: You some needlenose pliers grab ahold of the Cork and run the opener in opposite direction
Q: How does this recharge. Do you plug in the base? is it a usb plug in?
A: Plug charger in outlet, place opener in charger base.
