Disappointed with the deists in delivery. The poor communication with delivery The misleading emails from Best Buy and the actual microwave has a sadly snsll control panel numbers. For no reason - big enough area - just small numbers. Harder to use than the predecessor monogram microwave We will not buy again from pacific sales due to this experience

Looks nice, i can see finger prints may drive me crazy. Old microwave had a soften and melt butter option that I’m going to miss on this microwave. Otherwise so far so good!

I bought this model to replace the previous version that had a malfunctioning turntable and that model was discontinued. The replacement unit was installed on January 2nd and this new unit's turntable began malfunctioning 13 days later. Steer clear.
