Nice microwave. This was a replacement for an old built/in microwave. I particularly compliment Best Buy’s relentless efforts to find the best machine to fit in the space in my counter. It took a while and two tries, but ultimately I got a perfect fit. Thank you!

We were disappointed that the entire microwave is black and only the trim kit is stainless steel; otherwise, it is working as expected. This is also a high-priced microwave oven, but we wanted to keep our kitchen appliance brands matching.

I had an older model of this product, and it stopped working after 4 years. So I replaced it with this new model, and I wouldn't say I like the button to open the door. It is awkward and cumbersome. Based on paying 1000.00 for this set up I should have moved on to another product.

Delivered to my house with a tag taped on box indicating product had been returned by someone. Installed by BB with trim kit. Total intalled cost was about $1500. Immediately after installation it malfunctioned, throwing sparks. BB scheduled a replacement. BB guy arrived with replacement MW, said oh no, I don't know how to install. He left with the new microwave. But apparently it didn't logged back into the warehouse. Now BB says this prevents them from scheduling someone to replace my still-defective, $1500 microwave. The only person I can get on the phone is a call center in India, and the only thing they can do is put an "escalation" in the system and promise someone will call. Which they haven't. I guess I will have to get in the car and drive to a BB store and pitch some kind of fit so I can get my microwave. Or maybe get a refund and buy from elsewhere. Will never buy from BB again.

Large and Aamazingly powerful! It replaces my previous monogram microwave that lasted 17 years.

we have been using this unit after install was completed. so far we are satisfied with this unit. Its appearance and looks complement the rest of the appliances that were newly installed. And that we're happy about.
