Buyer beware of Best Buy. We purchased this dishwasher brand new, and instead, Best Buy sold us a used and filthy unit. We paid to have it fully installed by Best Buy, and when we went to try to use it shortly after they left, we noticed a strong malodor, like Febreeze or a strong scent coming from the machine. We started inspecting the machine and noticed it had soap scum along the rubber trim, as well as a filthy and water-stained interior. I pulled the waste basket out from inside the machine, and it was filled with moldy, hairy residue from the prior owner. Lastly, the unit did not come with any of the factory tape or metal coverings. Definitely our bad for not inspecting the unit like detectives, but who thought Best Buy would try to pull a fast one and sell us a USED unit when we paid full price for a brand new unit. We called the driver shortly after he left, and he insisted it was brand new. So just BEWARE. Don't assume that because you purchase from a well known retailer that you can expect an ethical product. Shame on BB.

We have only used our Monogram dishwasher once but we are very happy with it. It is very quiet and it cleaned well. The touchscreen is easy to use and very pretty.

We really the quietness of this dishwasher as it does a great job of cleaning & drying the dishes, etc. One improvement would be to make the top rack easier to remove to accommodate loads with tall bottles.

Nice looking dishwasher. You need to clean the drain filter and use dishwasher cleaner or it will have a bad smell.

February 2022: this is a dishwasher to avoid. We got the full GE Monogram suite of appliances and this one we hate. We have had trouble getting the detergent pods to completely dissolve and the dishes many times come out dirty. The lower rack does not roll out smoothly. It clanks on the gap between the inside of the dishwasher and the dishwasher door when you try and slide it out. The fuller the lower rack is the more noise it makes. We also had trouble with the placement of the utensil rack being along the side and hard to reach after the first 1 or 2 slots gets full. I wish I read a review like this before we bought this $2,500 "dishwasher." The noise level is fine but who cares when the thing is otherwise is terrible.

it cleans my dishes but is definitely not a Bosch 500 dishwasher!!! I couldn't get a Bosch 500 or 800 series due to issues with supplier. some of my dishes ie wine glasses won't fit in it and the top rack is not good. Plus the cost was way higher than a Bosch $2,400. But it does work and that's what we needed since our Bosch was dying.

Never have I had a dishwasher get my dishes so clean! And you really don't have to prewash them. Most important, it's so quiet, we don't even know it's running. LOVE it.

The door keeps dropping all the way & we had it changed & still has the same problem. Inside trays & dividers are the same material as lower tier GE dishwasher. If you don’t care about the look or don’t care about matching, get a different brand or get a less expensive one.

Door springs keep falling off. Door slams to floor and broke several glasses

the wrong model was delivered the first visit but Best Buy ordered the correct model and replaced the incorrect with the correct. All good!!

I bought this online from the pic they had of it. I drove 3 hours to pick it up and it didn't have a handle. I didn't accept the unit but they scanned me in like i took it. My account says I picked it up and the charge is still on my credit card. 6 calls to customer service and no help. They tell me to drive back 3 hours one way to speak to someone at the store. Initially, the manager said since they scanned me in...it'll reflect that i took the unit but the store will fix it later that night. Well, its been since 11/24 and nothing. I see why bestbuy is going out of business.

PRO: Very quiet; dries plastic well CONS: Ours has not worked properly since the day it was installed (18 months now). And now that we are out of the factory warranty, we are being charged for things that have never really gotten fixed (even though all the visits have been repeat visits for the same problem): 1. The door on ours keeps hitting the floor because either the hinges or the springs are not working. They've both been replaced several times, but it keeps happening. And now I'm being charged for each visit to fix them again 2. It leaks. We've had this thing leaking from the bottom more than once, dripping water to the floors below. Once again, now that we are out of the warranty period, GE won't fix it free of charge. We will not buy this product again, and will not keep dumping money into repairs. Very disappointed with customer service that they cannot honor their warranty or just replace our unit. Clearly, it was defective since Day 1. We are going to buy a new dishwasher from another brand.

Very pelaseed with our choice of the Monogram dishwasher. Stylish appearance and whisper-quiet. Lots of great organizing features as well.
