Monogram 30" induction cooktop silver
We selected this based on the color to match our new kitchen rebuild. I was expecting more features & functions but learned that cooktops are regulated by government due to safety concerns. Be prepared to replace some of your cookware due to compatibility. Some cookware I assumed would work but didn't. There's not a lot of features on these even on other brands. Some of the timer functions only produces an audible sound and does not turn off the hear like this one. Some manufacturers actually do turn off the heat so please do your due diligence when researching. The benefits of induction are safety, extremely fast heat, super easy cleanup. There's additional cost for electric setup to 220 volt which can be very costly but over the long term I felt it was worth the upgrade. I can't comment on durability since I've only owned this for a very short period. I called customer service once for a general question and the rep picked up the call quickly.

I’d love to write a review…but no product
What product? I ordered this product on 2 Feb based on the 14 Feb pick up date… today is 5 March, I have been given new pickup dates of 22 Feb, 24 Feb 4 Mar, now 7 Mar. I’m ok with delays, but when a product is advertised as available with a pickup date of 14 Feb which is what we expected, and an hour after our account was drained of 3300 dollars and then told of the delay. I call BS. Best Buy you can do better. I rate poorly as I cannot provide a rating on something I don’t have. Yet you ask me to write a rating on a product as if I have received it.

Great product if your willing to wait for it!
Product itself is outstanding, cooks better than gas! However be cautious about availability. make sure to ask, and confirm or be ready for a wait!
