Looks great! Works well! Easy to keep clean. I picked this cooktop because it wasn’t black. Very happy with the way it looks.

Great cooktop. Boils water in a minute. Sleek design. It is loud, but that is standard for induction. Much better than electric.

We had this induction cooktop installed Sept. 22,2022 and from the beginning we had problems getting pots and pans to connect. We also noticed a high pitch noise coming from the elements when we put the heat to high. The customer service rep said there was no problem with it. Then on Jan. 27, 2023 the cooktop went totally out and caused several problems with our electricity. We had to replace 2 panels however that did not resolve the problem with the cooktop. It is still not useable. I was surprised to find out that Best Buy Techs could not work on it and we had to call the manufacturer. That was a surprise since it was Best Buy that installed it originally, so were they really qualified to install the cooktop.

Very disappointed, my order was cancelled two days after ordering. I checked my balance to make sure I was refunded. I wasn't. I was directed to Best Buy Appliance customer service. Ext 358. The representative said that I would be refunded after 30 days per their policy. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused to connect me. Frustrated, I drove to the store that I purchased the cancelled stovetop and was instantly taken care of by Claudette. She even followed up after I left to make sure my refund was confirmed. I am a long time loyal customer and total tech member, Claudette's customer service is why I have remained a customer.
