This unit never worked properly. I’ve had GE service try to fix it 5 times over a period of 6 months. It still doesn’t work. They ordered a WiFi board this time, but I’m pretty sure it won’t fix the problem. The stove top only works when you start, stop, and restart it. Also, the precision cooking does not work with the Hestan Que pan. I was told buy GE service that if they didn’t fix it by Dec 18th they would get me a new stove top but now they want to change the WiFi board and also change the main control board which they ordered on visit #3 but never installed. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. This thing sucks.

This Monogram Induction Stovetop was in excellent condition - it was just a demonstration model with absolutely no damage - well worth the reduced price.

Worst purchase of my life. I am at month 6 of it not working and Monogram keeps trying to “fix” The only thing not replaced is the actual glass top and it still doesn’t work. Their support might be the only thing worse than the product. I have owned 8 monogram appliances in my lifetime and never again. You shouldn’t either! Stay away
