Sliding trays stuck
The oven is perfect, but the 2 sliding trays are not working properly, the stuck all the time, I will need that you replace this 2 trays, I am planning to go to the best buy store next week to try to solve the problem

Disappointed
Would be a five but the upper oven was delivered with upper heating element was broken and had a service call after five days. Very disappointment
