I had a coupon which brought me to the store. This little gem was on sale as well. I liked the fact it included digital. I also bought this movie because it was no longer on Netflix. It's a quirky movie about "monsters" that were "created" on Earth. One day Earth is "invaded by aliens", so they call upon the "monsters" to help defend the Earth. There are some fun nods to other movies, and there are some bits that I could've done without (a bit raunchy). All in all, it was a great deal.

I'm usually more of a horror and science fiction fan, not a lot of family films appeal to me but his movie is great fun for the whole family. Very lovable characters, and most of all I laughed quite a few times. It does what any movie should do, gives us a break from reality, a time just to enjoy ourselves. I would highly recommend this movie for people of all ages. Suitable for small children, but with enough story line and well developed characters for us "big" kids, lol.

My kid loves it and I love it. It's a fun movie. But Susan isn't a very smart hero. She practically destroys an entire city without realizing the battle should be taken to the ocean. Come on Susan...

Dreamworks hits another home run! Follow Ginormica, Dr. Cockroach, Link and bob save the world from the aliens. Come along

Your kids will love this movie! It is a good movie to have on hand for those times that the kids have to stay in.

My grandson Loves Us movie sure is a good way for him to settle him down he's so focused on his movies on.

The Monsters vs. Aliens DVD was in the $3.99 sale bin so how can you go wrong at that price?

The animation is good, 3D is excellent, the characters voices were excellent, and the story was fun.

It is one of my favorite movies. I have watched it over and over again since I bought it.

I usually stick to the classic and Disney animation, but this one was better than I expected. Something worth watching with your kids.
