I bought the geek squad protection plan for my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL back in September, and now I need to change my card on file that I used because I had to get a new one. I tried doing it myself but it tells me I need to call. The person on the phone after giving him my card number tells me they dont accept debit cards, only credit cards. I used a debit card when I purchased it and was being used for the auto payment. I don't use credit cards or have one. Why would I need a credit card for $10 a month. Absolutely ridiculous.
