excellent coverage for my s25 ultra covers the entire phone if broken except if stolen.

I am clueless when it comes to figuring out how to work anything on a laptops or computers. Now Geek Squads are the most intelligent people ive seen. I enjoy watching them make things work.

Very helpful when i broke my screen on my s24 ultra. I was told by a local shop it would cost 500 to fix my screen but hest buy saved me and got it completely covered with no out of pocket cost

Was told would receive a call back in 24 to 72 hours for a refund of over $80 + dollars after retun of non functional washer. Had to call back still waiting for refund. Call center employees are very HARD to understand, if I purchase from a company in the US I want to speak to a human not AI or someone who talks so fast I can't understand.

Has a considerably less amount of featurs than my s24 no more bluetooth pen no more samsung dex to my computer it works fine but the battery is considerably less than previous years even on battery saver
