Q: So does the battery pack stay on your phone via magnet?
A: Yeah, as long as you have a wireless charging compatible phone it’ll work. I would say you need a MagSafe case to make sure it stays, otherwise the magnet connection’s really weak. If not, there is a adhesive magnet ring you can put on your original case but it’s weird to apply and doesn’t look the coolest

Q: Is the product heavy when you use it with the phone on?
A: It does add some extra weight, yes. But that’s gonna be the case with any extra battery pack with this much juice. So if anything maybe the Apple Battery pack is more for you. It’s smaller and lighter, but doesn’t have as much battery capacity as this one.
Q: Saw this isn't compatible with the 13 Pro, can someone confirm if this is true?
A: It works with my iPhone 14 Pro Max, the only issue is the placement of the MagSafe on the back, because it should be a bit higher on the back like the Apple version, because with my iPhone Silicon case, the battery pack likes to go over the lip of the camera a bit and not sit perfectly flush. But even then it still works just fine and the magnets are strong, so it’s not just gonna fall off or anything.
