Morbid Angel - Heretic - COMPACT DISCS [CD]

Digipak. After parting ways with David Vincent in 1996, Morbid Angel's future looked unclear - but Formulas Fatal To The Flesh, the band's first album with vocalist/bassist Steve Tucker, was a stunning return to form, heralding the start of the band's celebrated second era. Taking the band's ferocious death metal sound in a more surreal, psychedelic direction, the album remains one of the most unique and adventurous in the band's discography.

Tony Saunders has a diverse musical background that includes being an artist, producer, bassist, composer, studio owner and engineer and in his teens, a 2 time Emmy Award winner for music on the PBS documentary InchSoul IsInch and the TV show InchDigital JourneyInch (China episode). Fast forward a few decades and he is now a major force in Contemporary Jazz. Tony says Inchwhat they now call Smooth Jazz is an evolution of the sound Grover Washington, George Duke, Joe Sample and Cannonball Adderley were playing back in the day. I've been listening to this music my whole life just under different namesInch. Tony Saunders new album, InchAll About LoveInch, is a culmination of his rich musical background and showcases all of his talent.

Reissue. After enjoying worldwide success with the previous 5 classic albums, Morbid Angel had established themselves kings of the Death Metal genre with their revolutionary and unapologetic sound.
